Make sure you ask for a room with an external window. Half of the room have windows facing an internal atrium (and the rooms opposite) so you will never be able to open your curtains!
Place was phenomenal location was great rooms were clean staff was friendly and perfect definitely will stay here again
Not the greatest hotel ever but for the money its excellent. free breakfast with eggs , meat and waffles . Plus tuesday through thursday there is a free reception with food and beer and wine just great
Ask for an outside room, the view of the riverfront and spanish moss is soothing.

Nice staff , very friendly & Charlie, the concierge is both knowledgeable & helpful.
This is a really nice place to stay, but the ladies that work downstairs in the breakfast area are very rude and mean.

Be careful. We have stayed here a couple of times a year for years. Last week, they cancelled my reservation and took my money. a long story, 95% their fault and some mine, but they took my money!
