Great hotel ! Free hot breakfast buffet and free happy hour for two hours with snacks ! And of course you don't even have to go outside to get on the metro ! Also excellent customer service.

In the heart of a great shopping district, this hotel has a very friendly staff and offers a complimentary breakfast buffet and happy hour .

Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant , on par with other Hilton properties. Surprisingly little oversight over who is a hotel guest. Seems like it would be very easy to have a free breakfast .

Friendly staff . Convenient location right by redline metro . Parking as well . Hotel seems to be the only shop open in the centre. Weird atmosphere of urban wasteland. Clean , well maintained but empty.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful (at least for our stay). Be sure to ask them for any of your needs!

The Chevy Chase Pavilion is still under renovation but we are closer to completion. The new atrium will feature Range restaurant and the Civil lounge and an all new H&M.

Our meeting space has been completely renovated and now offers HD Video Conferencing capabilities on a 70" HD monitor with surround sound in our Newlands Boardroom.

The free breakfast is great. Try the Pass-O-Mango juice cocktail - it's awesome, especially since it comes from a machine.

Note that rooms ending in 17 have a bunch of loud network equipment taking up the top shelf of the coat closet.

There's a soda and ice machine on every floor near the elevators , and a candy machine on the third floor.

Water pressure in room 624 is strong & well-temperatured. Great room!

Enjoyed the social hour sangria , but overpriced in-room wifi (each piece of equipment used is charged...phone, laptop and iPad) is horribly unreliable, drops out constantly.

Instead of room-service grab something from the cheesecake factory in the mall ;) yumms

The only place I'll stay whenever I come to DC.

Internet in-room is ten bucks a day, 15 bucks a day for a better connection.

Amazing fitness center for a hotel

There's a dinky little pool on the top floor.

The water pressure is decidedly uninspired.
