Hilton Garden Inn

I have been here 20 minutes and I'm blown away with how accommodating the staff is! Wow, they are fantastic! And I love the Bath and Body Works products in the bathroom .

The best place to stay in DC. Staff is exceptional.. 5 star quality without the 5 star prices. Checkout the restaurant , lobster mac n cheese is to die for. Sometimes they run discounts for dining in.

So close to the McPherson Sq Metro Sta- just across the street! Plus, I love when hotel lobbies are tech-friendly... this lobby has a long table w/well-spaced chairs& several outlets on the topside

Well located, a few minutes from the White House, a bit more to the Mall , restaurants are a little farther away up 14th steet or Chinatown. Room and bed were fine and well equiped.

My fav hotel . Been all over the world, but never had service like they've given me. The whole staff knows and loves my 4 kids and wife. I could go elsewhere, but their amazing service keeps me here!

Unbeatable location 3 blocks from White House/Smithsonian museums . Outstanding facility and staff . Asked for upgrade and granted. Parking is $60/day (once you add taxes). Decent breakfast buffet .

Feels like a Comfort Inn disguised as a Hilton. Decent accommodations but with a very low budget feel. Will probably try the Marriott up the block the next time i stay in the area..

Joel at the front desk was amazing at check in. Hotel has guest (coin) laundry! Five guys across street is one of the few that does breakfast !!

Friendly staff , large, clean , comfortable rooms , wonderful food. Only regret is no lunch service. Highly recommend this hotel .

Pool is in the basement and is rather small. A handicap lift into the water is available, but I doubt it is ever used. Beware, it gets crowded (and noisy ) with any more than 3 kids.

Internet is great at this location. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly !

Really nice staff . The food is only okay but the staff isn't very good. The service is slow.

Nice clean rooms . Front desk staff should go back to customer service basics. Never had two desk folks yell at me across the lobby like 5 times about a door. Diamonds deserve better.

By far one of THE WORST HILTON'S I have visited! Poor customer service, unfriendly staff , crazy adolescent lifeguards at pool! Not child friendly at all! I would not recommend to anyone I liked!
