Try the chef specials , elegantly presented and a joy for your palate. Staff is very friendly and happy to guide you through the menu. They bring you magazines if you happen to dine solo, nice touch.
Helmed by a Cantonese chef (Chef Ku Keong) who often appears on TV , I have high expectations. Both set menus I tried were of high quality, especially the soups . The abalones are also well executed.
The Chinese New Year Set menu is delicious. Clear Pumpkin soup is great and lobster taste sweet and tender.
Dim sum is only available in the afternoon for lunch . Must order their Crispy Peking Duck where the service team will prepare and serve it near your table. Dress appropriately - no shorts .
Dim sum : of d many varieties ordered, memorable 1s were: golden-fried eggplant wrapped in crispy pastry , scallop in fresh milk pastry , & golden-fried black pepper pork spring roll
Dessert : If ur dining company is sizeable, d crispy pancake w black sesame paste hits d spot. Otherwise I'm impressed w wide variety of sweet delights
Set menu : Impressive dishes lined up, ranging fr $48 - $128 per person. And ea set has diff exquisite & mouth-watering dishes. Yes, different!
Clean and good atmosphere
Ambience is good and food always yummy - just loved coming back for more of Chef 's Ku's creation!
Try the glutinous rice in roast pig . Hard to find!
