Come here for the seafood . The biggest variety of freshly shucked oysters from different regions I have seen in a buffet . French, Australian, New-Zealand and Tasmanian! Yabis are also delicious.

A buffet for oyster lovers with 9 different types from all over the world. Many variety of food which includes chocolates . You can find wanton noodle , laksa , bak ku teh and prawn noodle .

Their petit fours desserts didn't make the mark but I'll give credit to their Godiva ice cream & chocs . Their signature choco crunch cake is to die-for! Had like 4slices, extremely rich & intense!

One of few buffets on Sunday with oysters . The Japanese ones are less salty than the Australia ones. Both are equally luscious. .

What can I say but what a Christmas selection! Standouts were the cute canapes, exceptional seafood , and the diabolic sweet treats . Prompt yet not overbearing service.

Lunch set at Terrace is quite good: sandwich + chips + coffee for SGD13++. Order takeaway to avoid service tax.

There are two buffets during the weekend, brunch is much more elaborate.

Not as nice as other Conrad breakfasts . Please do not try their sushi or sashimi . You might get sick, but their dimsum is good. It is $50.61 per person including service charge and tax.
