Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea

Honestly this is a great hotel for the price. Clean rooms . Comfy beds . Friendly staff . Free paper and coffee in the AM. Good location in Chelsea. Will stay here again.

Great location, great service, great rooms! We had the Empire State view ! The staff was very helpful at all times!

Coffee in lobby is decent and will energize you enough to get to Eataly a few blocks away for Lavazza. Staff has been cheerful each of my many stays. Need draft Victory beer here 2 merit 'Best Brews.'

Located on mannequin row in the fashion/design district. Convenient. Clean . Spacious (for nyc). Very friendly staff . Good deal !

Good location near Whole Foods. Basic hotel w/ basic service. Loud rooms- bad insulation in walls. Not for light sleepers as you hear everything- street noise, closing doors, maids vacuuming, etc.

One of the elevator is not working this weekend. It was nice that they gave us free cupcakes .

This place is a dump . Hit the 2 for 1 happy hour in the lobby bar to help you overlook the dirt. Front desk team is super nice, tho.

There are pictures of pixelated dogs in front of the elevators on the fourth floor. Go look at them!

Avoid the Mexican restaurant at all costs. Not good and they blast obnoxious music in the evening. Breakfast food is also bad, but the breakfast staff is extremely nice (unlike dinner staff ).

Very rude staff . They could not find my reservation , I had proof I booked it and still took 4 people to get this resolved. Be careful of this place front desk lady medium frame latino lady very rude.

Hotel muito bom, muito bem atendidos pelos recepcionistas. Ficamos em quarto amplo, bem limpo. O restaurante anexo do hotel deixa a desejar um pouco, salva a cerveja bem geladinha!!!
