The mozzarella antipasti was terrific, the gnocchi was maybe the best gnocchi I've ever eaten, and the cioccolato desert IS the best desert I've ever had. So....I'm saying you should eat here.
Absolutely amazing. Start with the Testa (thinly sliced pork cheek )+Mozzarella , followed by the Gnocchi (THE best), get the rib-eye & finish with the Bomboloni (beignets ) and don't forget the wine !!
Eataly's meat-centric, more formal dining area offers a bar menu geared towards casual drinks after work, with "spuntini" like Fried Polenta with tomato and parmigiano reggiano . Read more
I've been to a fair number of the steak houses around NYC but the NY strip we had here was perfectly cooked; one of the best I've had. Pasta courses are all very good too.
Valentines Prix menú! Wine pairing too, fair price , tasty food and dedicated staff . There was a small problem with my table and they compensate for it the whole evening
Mozzarella anything, bolognese pasta and gnocchi are delicious. Pass on the mussel appetizer and the chicken (a bit dry). Check out the rest of eataly when you pass through!
This is an excellent place to stop into for a drink or dinner inside of Eataly. They also have a bonus bathroom not available to the rest of Eataly , which is quite nice.
The gnocci has the best sauce I've ever eaten. BY FAR!! and the trout , OMG!! Thank God my wife doesn't eat very much so I could grab a lot of food from her plate. ;)
Food is boring, bordering on haphazardly executed, but the vermouth selection is impressive and delicious. Desserts are on point too: get the ricotta doughnuts and the tiramisu . Small portions however
Chef Michael Toscano’s menu is perfect for a red meat meal. The veal chop was an absolute pleasure to eat with its smoky flavoring , and the mezzalune is one of the best we have ever tasted.
Amazing Ribeye for Two! This meal will break the bank , but you will not forget it. Worth a splurge for a special occasion .
Everything was delicious. Try the Vitello Tonnato and the veal ravioli . For desert the Mile Foglie was superb!
Bar seating is first come first serve. Barbera wine if u like merlot . I always get the NY striploin appetizer . Maltagliati pasta if u like spicy foods . Brown butter pasta is delish as well !
Aged rib eye , which requires 40 minute wait is widths the wait. Superb steak .
Got a free prossecco here by checking in at @eataly (not manzo) was a huuge glass. I was impressed!
Amazing food. For two, shared two apps, one pasta and one entree. Plenty of food and didn't break the bank !
Tiny tables close together really enhance the experience...fun to cut into sweetbreads while your sexagenarian neighbor discusses their recent surgery.
Excellent gnocchi . Delicious bread and olive oil to start, too!
Order the Montefalco Rosso Tenuta Lunelli 2011, Umbria wine . Light red, absolute delicious
The deeply flavorful sauce in the Tajarin al sugo d’Arrosto pasta is made with pan drippings. It’s one of our #100best dishes and drinks of 2011. Read more
Took a cooking class at Manzo, had a blast learning from the restaurant 's executive chef . Watching him prepare Manzo's dishes was incredible, & worth every penny considering the wine pairing .
Elegant fine- dining Italian restaurant in the middle of Eataly 👌🏻
My favorite restaurant in NY. Amazing food!
Why rated so high? Food is fine, but overpriced. Great to bring tourists or youngins
Duck and fois gras pasta , carne cruda 😍
You have until Feb. 26th 2012 to enjoy Mike Toscano 's cooking in this part of Manhattan , then you'll have to brave the west village and support his new adventure.
OMG! Tortellini was fantastic and don't pass up the goat . Amazing!

Absolutely lovely. Try tagliatelle pasta bolognese .
The NY strip steak with fingerling potatoes and ox tail sauce was super yummy :D
David knows an incredible amount about wine . Ask him anything. Super helpful and nice.
Service was exceptional and the food really impressed us. Definitely stop in for dinner next time youre shopping at eataly
You can't go wrong with Italian here
Carne Cruda is phenomenal.
Don't want to wait for a table? Eat at the bar ! Great wine list and fabulous shareable plates.
The veal chop of this restaurant is my favorite
Best Gnocci ever! Sorry, mom! But it really taste perfect!
Great bottle of Vino from Emilia Romagna...'04 Macchiona. Earthy, spicy , delicious!
Great duck entree, highly recommend
Shocked they open bottle wine away from table and bring already opened. When I said they should not do, I was told it was restaurant policy. Very dissatisfied by this. They should know better.
Ask for the New york strip !! Its delicious!!!
Lovely but expensive for the quality. Wait staff distracted with each other and oddly inattentive to the clientele. Can do better in new york for food and wine
Wine suggestions were great
Amazing everything
Roasted striploin salad with foie gras and cherry aceto balsamico. Orgasmic.
the food is amazing but last lunch seating is 2:30pm and opens @5:30pm all food counters close @ these times.
Pappardelle pasta
Pan seared halibut
Veal chop in hay. Unique. Great smoke flavor. Milky smooth.
