Am a reg cust,evry once a yr i'll come here. Stayed in deluxe room, room is nice,still d same in d past yrs,juz d minibar has been downgraded. Others r fine, breakfast awesome as always! 4 out of 5!

The service here is great. Received a warm welcome from the staffs here. You should try the rooms on Level 15 or Level 16. If possible, overlooking Singapore. It's a great view from here.

Great hotel as the stars they have. The breakfast was soo delicious but so crowded that some menus were empty too early and refill was taking all day.

If there's a problem with your room, the friendly staff will be happy to help you out :) it's a great place to stay and the view is amazing :D

My first time here. I love the warm environment. Room is ok. Service is good. But the most happening is, its located in the center of the town ! Just walking distance to pasar karat, malls etc.

Spacious , clean room 👍 legend said long ago there was an illegal worker died at upper level, if u r wondering y the elevator always display floor-12, even u r at 1st floor 👻

was here about 13 yrs ago as student. 1st time staying. grand as those hotel back in early 90s. Still in good shape tho a bit dated in style.

If you have time, can try their Rebung Spa , the Malay style Urut is good

Here something to start!! 5pc with only 2 staff working..still raya is it!!! 10 people in concierge and only 2 in receptions..come on you should do multitasking which all can help!!

Wifi should have inside the rooms

The entire team has a bad culture which has not been fixed for years even though there has been so many different GM been put in place. Guess it is the bottom line staff controlling the GM!

Nice Hotel In Johor Bharu

The Mutiara room air condition not functioning, air a bit stuffy and hot! Solution fr their maintenance is using a ordinary old fashion fan? Brilliant for 5star hotel isnt it?

They dont equip rooms with irons. Need to request frm housekeeping, and must do so well in advance coz u may need to wait an hour!

Extremely bad Wi-Fi, and extremely slow internet connection . The speed is even slower than my home's 1mb connection.

What i can say is..HORRIBLE customer service..at website check in time at 12..but at hotel check in at 3pm..i have to waste 3 hours jalan sana sini before checkin in..no COURTESY at all!!

the rooms are quite old. Hotel service is great and location of the hotel is quite near to the shopping malls .

This morning went down for breakfast and restaurant was full! Staff : apa nak buat? Seating capacity hanya 300!

Mmm.. 1st impression, Not as imagine. Old carpet, crt tv , no free internet, old bed. Good thing is u'll get courtesy call from receptnist.

I must say, this is a worst ever hotel I stayed before. Hair dryer was spoilt n they dont even have a portable one. Instead they expect me to change room at 11.53pm!

Last time all the drinks in the mini bar were free. Not anymore. Only 2 mineral water bottles and 2 cans of orange soda drinks are FOC

Location is convenient. The hotel itself is clean but is in dire need of upgrading.

TPPH is underconstruction..hope's getting better..

Best hotel in JB but worst when compared with KL or KK. Service bad n getting worst every time I come. But no choice since this worst hotel happens to be best in JB. I can't imagine how the worst!
