Once a food truck , now a brick and mortar location. This BBQ joint offers up mouth watering Sammy's, a.k.a BBQ sandwiches piled high with a variety of meat combos. Not your typical BBQ joint .

The Texas Trill is amazing...chopped brisket , sausage slices, and chopped pulled rib meat... wash it down with a specialty brew from Hops & Grain or Independence Brewing.
Everything was DELICIOUS. The pork was tender, the brisket was yummy (especially the end pieces) and the potato casserole was amazing. The sauces were also so delicious. Whole heartedly recommend.
Fantastic BBQ sandwiches . Can't go wrong. They have a good selection of draft beer too.
This place is pretty much all sandwiches . The pork is tasty and my friends say the spicy sauce is pretty spicy .
