OMG!!!! This was the best beef brisket . The people were so friendly ,and took the time to show our family the cooker pit area, and shared with us the process of how they do it. Really made our trip!!!

Brisket is Stellar But Duane and Braun were very accommodating in showing us Dallas sites around. Awesome guys working hard to serve some top notch Que. I sent them t shirts for there hospitality .

$15.50 for a 2 meat plate with two sides. Cole slaw and Mac and cheese was good. Brisket was amazing. Skip the pork spare rib . Got 1/2 lb of beef rub for $10 definitely worth it.

Brisket has a pepper rub & was very moist. Japelano cheddar sausage was spicy and has a nice snap. A few local beers on draft . Was concerned about the location, but the full parking lot sold me.

The fatty brisket has amazing flavor and some peppercorn chucks. The fries rival five guys Cajun style really well

Brisket was solid with a nice peppery crust. Corn casserole was great; chocolate banana pudding even better. Skip the beans. Don't sit under an air vent. You can play washers outside in covered deck.

The brisket was good, the jalapeño cheddar sausage had some kick. The guy even let me try the pork ribs and they were done up right. This place rocks!

The beef ribs are to die for, the meat is flavorful, tender, and moist. They are also huge! The best I've had in Texas.

Though the brisket was amazing, I was most impressed with the pulled pork . It's the best I've ever had.

Bark on the brisket has a great peppery bite (if that's your thing). The sausage is not overly fatty, and the turkey is good. Just be mindful that the sauce isn't very thick so avoid soaking the bread

Place is off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Be prepared to make a mess and enjoy some BBQ . Owners are outstanding. Thanks

It was tasty but I was hoping for more. Sausage amazing. Turkey very good. Brisket was cooked perfectly but a little too fatty and honestly not super tasty/seasoned. Sauce taste was ok but too watery.

The brisket is delicious but don't underestimate the pork loin and turkey . Cream corn casserole is also on point.

Get the extra moist brisket and the burnt ends ! It has a great bark, taste, smoke ring, and meaty fatty goodness

Beef brisket is legit. Peach cobbler too! Inexpensive too. Would totally go back next time I'm in Austin.

Brisket and sausage were great. Wanted some Mac and Cheese but my spouse got the last helping. I didn't want to wait for more to come out of the oven.

Their sauce is very spicy . To put it into perspective, I eat the "hot" wing sauce at Hooters, the BBQ sauce at Stiles is hotter. The Mac and cheese looked good, but they were heavy on the garlic .

I also got very dry brisket . The Mac and cheese and corn casserole was pretty good and the chocolate banana pudding was delicious.

Come on in for Prime Rib Wed. Real beef . Not like the "Prime Rib " you hear is always on sale at the strip club across the street.

Try the Beef Brisket - Extremely moist and delicious without being greasy. Really flavorful crusty rub on the outside, and a great smoke flavor.

Everything I've had here is great. The beef ribs , brisket , and Thoendale sausage are life changing. Amazing.

The brisket was OK, the jalepeño sausage was dry, but the chocolate banana pudding was FANTASTIC! I now have it on good authority the beef ribs are what to get & will do so next time.

Meat is average. Sides are really good though. Corn casserole , cole slaw , and banana bread pudding are all solid.
