I paid $6.50: wanton mee with duck . Duck : GREATLY FLAVOURED MEAT, FAT BURSTS IN MOUTH. Noodles , the star of the show: eggy and releases more flavour the more you chew!! Wanton has LOTS O FILLING.
Be prepared to queue. The first look and bite tells you the noodle is different. Both the portion and price are reasonable. Definitely worth eating. Yummy!
Best roasted duck and char siew done in traditional Cantonese style .
Char siew (BBQ pork ) not as delicious as i had imagined, based on selected 4SQ tips. Meat was tough & dry. Sio bak (roasted pork ) was so-so. Better off eating fr new contender Hua Feng #02-24
Fantastic black sauce wanton mee--best kept secret of TBM!!! But you have to ask for it.
Now, the bad: char siew is tough though well flavoured. I got a fattier cut. Wantons have lots of filling but tad tasteless. Should be worth $5.50, not $6.50.
$7 for wanton noodles + duck meat . not worth to add the duck meat ,because i can buy 2 servings of char siew rice with $7! char siew was tough IMO but well flavoured. long queue expected
Yummy 叉火飯!
Muz try.. Delicious char siew , duck & roasted pork .
Want to clog your arteries? Order the sausages . It's fatty, fat flavor and fat.
Char Siew Pork was very nice.
Yummy Char Siew with sizeable wontons !
Best char siew n duck rice @TBM. Ask for slightly fatter char siew
Delicious Char Siew rice worth a try!
The Roast Char Siew & roast meat is YUM here!!
$8.50 for a plate of haphazardly put together roasted duck drumstick and roasted meat rice : RIP-OFF
Интересное заведение. Меню не очень, а людей много.
The chai po portions are so generous, salty and yummy. Goes so well with the soft rice cakes. Guilty pleasures definitely worth repaying in the gym! - Elizabeth Lee
Best curry rice ever. Try the pork chop, spring, black bean fried fish (if available) and chap chye. - Shannon Low
Top 3 Lor Mee in SG for sure. V gd quality vinegar used gave a slightly sweet fragrance n worked perfectly with gravy n all ingredients. Make sure u enjoy the crisps b4 they softens! #ThomtoriEats - Ian Thomtori
This is delicious and a necessary stall on a good tour of the market (#02-53) - Gregory Fisher
Happy to report that the Penang prawn noodles passed our easily offended tastebuds ???? Broth is an umami wonderland, very distinct flavours from tauge & kangkong though. Hot tip:skip the CKT. - Edd
Fish head curry is absolutely marvelous! Very fresh fish. Super tasty! Coming back for more. - Tatyana Kildisheva
Cheng tng (sweet dessert soup). Plant-based. Have it warm/hot on a rainy day ???????? Unlike traditional recipe, theirs include red beans - Cheen The Curious
