Take a VERY short walk to Bockwinkel's market (behind the hotel on the way to Millennium Park )!! Great place to purchase beverages, produce, salads , etc. Save some $!

For a business meeting, book a Corner Suite in the East Tower. 30th Floor. Accommodates 8-10 guest very comfortably. Great view . Less $$$ than a Conference Room and more "prestigious." Diamond Perks!

Pay the few extra dollars for the scenic views . Also their buffet is wonderful. If you get it around "brunch " time, you have breakfast and lunch at the same time.

Great hotel in excellent location! Staff is eager to please. Rooms are chic , comfy and clean . Ask for a room on a high floor with a skyline view or you'll end up looking at an apartment building.

Ask for a view of the Chicago River & Lake Michigan--(31st floor). Hyatt Lounge was pretty decent this weekend. Decent quick meals , pears were best treat next to toasted bagels in A.M.

Cocktail menu at Big Bar is awesome; Chicago-centric, fun, and yummy, not to be confused with bad/synth alcohols . Expensive? Yes, but it shouldn't be a surprise as its in the city and a hotel .

Really confusing Conference Halls! So many signs, so many stairs, connected buildings by basement , 3 levels basements for ballrooms & halls, go early to explore the area, there are West & East Towers

Located colose to Harbour . Quite big with two towers, restaurant , bar , kiosk, business and meeting room facilities. Rooms are descent and clean . Higher floors definately have some good views .

Very clean rooms and newly updated. Close to pretty much everything and great service from the staff . Also offers some great views of Chicago.

Great location, right in the middle of shopping and the parks . Great views of the river and lake every time I stay here!

Internet was free and worked well enough. Room in west tower had a nice partial view of the river . Elevators were quick enough. The hidden away business center charges $7 for 15 min. computer time.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly . It's been a positive experience. Pay the extra $25 for the river view room...it's well worth it.

Beautiful hotel , wonderful view , spacious room & excellent service! In/Out valet-$50. Jason checked me in & he was awesome! I'll definitely come back :)

East building has a contemporary look & feel. Convenient location, close to just abt anything! Easy check-in/out kiosks, free wifi & Mac Comps for u to print out your boarding passes :)

As I said, here's my room tip! Ask for a room in west tower on high floor with a murphy bed. I know. I know but the bed's very comfortable . Huge room with awesome shower . Amazing Chicago skyline view .

The Regency lounge is vastly improved after the renovation. Good job with new food & especially in offering filtered water in earth-friendly carafes . A little green goes a long way.

The place is enormous, check in lobby is on the second floor. They don't offer bellman to help you with the luggage, you have to do it yourself to the elevator to the second floor for check in.

Food , drinks and service is all wonderful ! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hotel in the city

Nice accommodations and conference space. Staff are so incredibly helpful - they'll give you explicit directions. The elevators are slow as molasses in the winter but otherwise this place is great.

Ask for a room with a Murphy Bed! They have a bar , refrigerator, and usually a sitting area large enough for 4 to 8 people. Often they are uses as meeting rooms or wedding event rooms.

Clean and great location. The bed was awesome. Lots of breakfast places close by (try Hannah bretzel or eggy's)

Dial 54 for dinning in order. Chicken breast sandwich was dry a little bit but amazing service . The multiple layer chocolate cake is huge !!!

Lots of shops underground; nice during the astonishing winters.

Bradley makes THEE best dirty martinis . Perfectly stirred and appropriate one oz olive juice . Lovely setting.

They have done a great job with the renovations to the hotel lobby and restaurants as well as the rooms - spacious .

Great staff and location. Only free WiFi in the east tower, you have to pay for it in the west tower. Internets very slow and they block many websites. Parking is another issue in this location.

Hotel is huge and split in two towers. You need to check in at the East, even if your room is in the West

Walked in the room and saw a tray full of snacks , I thought that was the way the welcome u, wrong I flipped the tray and saw a sign that said everything you eat will be billed directly. Dont touch!!

They kick you out of the big bar at last call but you can sit in the lobby and wrap up drinks and conversation

Old but cool. The best drinks Ive ever had were at their bar . Perfect bloody mary .

Conveniently located, rates are adequate, not expensive , clean , comfortable just a block and a half from millennial park .

Get the Regency club. It is well worth it. Free breaakfast, snacks , appetizers ,and great views .

Friendly staff . No swimming pool but from Thursdays-Sundays there is a shuttle bus to the beach provided

The Vegetarian platter is delicious and a good share option for two. Looks small but very filling! Add toast and your golden!

Hyatt brings "#Excellence" to another level.

Elevators are painfully slow. If you're vacationing, just plan on sightseeing within the stainless steel box you will be trapped in. If you're working, just plan on not getting anything done.

Check in at main lobby in East Tower, dude at West Tower is very incompetent, great smile though
