Beautiful digs to have in a decent part of the city . The building is old but very well maintained. Lobby is laced with old-world charm & the rooms are big and well-appointed. Typical comfy Hilton bed.
This hotel has everything for a conference event . Great architecture . Huge hotel . Rooms are smaller but upgrade to an executive floor for more privacy and free breakfast . Evening snacks are filling.
The location of this hotel is great! The rooms aren’t as nice as the rest of the hotel and the elevators are super slow. Some rooms have 2 bathrooms which makes getting ready in the morning super fast
The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The decor is elegant and plush. It looks like a palace in here with many beautiful rooms. I really enjoy the fitness center and pool. My bed comfortable .
Great central location while visiting the great Windy City ! ENJOY YOUR VISIT & come back soon! Oh & be sure to enjoy the lakefront, it's a short walking distance. You'll be glad you took my advice!
Beautiful hotel , with amazing staff . King rooms were oddly small, but we didn't mind. 2 bars . Dogs allowed up to 40lbs. They charge separate for parking daily, but theres a cheaper garage nearby.
Beautiful hotel overlooking Millennium Park on Michigan Ave. has an historic lux feel. Great staff !
The SNAX cafe/take-and-go in the lobby is perfectly stocked and super convenient for busy and economic-minded travelers. Music in the lobby and elevator (club dance mix?!) is strange and off putting.
Great hotel ! Slow elevators but the staff and amenities are wonderful. Perfect location too. Would definitely visit again.
Can't go wrong with this big, downtown hotel . The main hall is impressive. The rooms are plain-jane, but you should be out exploring the city anyway!
Effortlessly integrated into the Chicago skyline, the Hilton Chicago hotel near Grant Park , Lake Michigan and Museum Campus, is surrounded by the most recognizable Chicago landmarks , rewarding guests Read more
The cafe has amazing pizza , but it'll cost you $6 a slice. Subway, Jimmy John's, McDonald's, CVS, and Walgreen's are all within walking distance and a lot cheaper.
The rooms on the 9th floor are considered "business class " and have been completely remodeled/renovated. No view , but clean and updated...and there is a mini fridge .
Classical, very nice Hotel in the heart of Chicago. Renovated Rooms and organized Check-in.Take the right lift or you'll exit somewhere else..
Mingle with a mishmash of clubgoers & epicureans, imbibe at a 4-hour open bar , nosh on tasty bites, & get down with T-Pain, Jump Smokers & DJ Dante the Don. Rest assured that this party will be HOT. Read more
Old hilton. Good: in Chicago, off of michigan ave. lake view room is nice if you can get it. Their website has false advertising. Jr suite does not have full lake view . I could hardly see lake .
Before becoming the Chicago Hilton in 1951, the Stevens Hotel was site of the fraternity's 1933 convention . That year, Chicago also hosted the World's Fair , chaired by fraternity alumnus Rufus Dawes.
If you can, get a room on the executive floor . You get access to the executive lounge and complimentary beverages and breakfast . Great view from the lounge too!
Called at last minute and was able to get a room. Called Echo Limousine 773-774-1074 at last minute and was able to get a car. Surprised at high level of service!
$13 a day for wifi is ABSURD, but the rest of the room is great. Super comfy bed , nicely appointed bathroom , and awesome blackout blinds.
Fantastic hotel . Great service and staff was always positive. Only complaint is I wish they had fridges in the room.
This hotel is great! The location is awesome! Right next to the large and beautiful Millenium and Grant Parks , Lake Michigan and a bike/walking path.
The rooms are comfortable but ask what your view is. I'm on the 18th floor and hear the train go by every 5 minutes.
Get the lake view if it's available; it's quite lovely. You see the Field , the Shedd and the Planetarium .
Booked a standard double for one night with my pre-school age son during the Taste (oops) at Hotels.com. Ended up getting upgraded to a suite on the executive floor which was a lovely surprise.
Take one of the 400 elevators to lawn bowling on the rooftop you'll be glad you did. Find a horcrux and your stay is free!
If you a Diamond, try to get a suite with a Parlor Room. It's will be just like having a full one bed apartment .
Lovely view over the lake from the executive lounge , which is really neatly constructed .
This is a nice hotel , however, our first room had bugs of some sort accumulate on the ceiling. We were given another room and a credit upon explaining the situation.
Classic hotel . Clean , quiet , comfortable rooms . Excellent staff .
If you are a runner, plenty of routes to choose from just outside the front entrance with the best views of Chicago.
Very scenic , right on the park , great rooftop lounge and pool!
Mercat is just steps away and is amazing tapas with a phenomenal view .
Beautiful, old hotel !! So much history in this hotel . Formerly the Stevens hotel
Amazing hotel downtown Chicago. Great for big events .
I live in the South Loop and come here to buy the Financial Times on Saturdays.
This hotel has a lot of history. There are some big named celebs that have stayed here. I learned a lot about the hotel thanks to a personalized welcome letter from the hotel 's general manager.

Bring a cooler because they don't have a mini fridge . Also may want to ask about getting a view of the water because our view was of another window.
The architecture is brilliant. Take time to look around.
Free WiFi for HHonors members (a free sign up), but the gym is $15/visit or $25/stay which is ridiculous
This is the definition of a bougie hotel . You have to pay for everything: Parking , wi-fi, gym use, plastic cutlery, . . .
Great hotel . Snag a room with two bathrooms ! Extra comfort.
Awesome location! Will definitely be staying at Hilton Chicago in the future!
If your boss is making you share a room ask for room 2232. It has his and hers bathrooms !
The gym is also known as the Chicago Health Club . So needless to say, Nice Gym !
That place really confused me yesterday when me and dad were going there for the Soxfest yesterday. Jessica Gould
Great location, but has it's issues. Chain caught up in the "charge you for everything" fad. Bed was horrible in lake view room . Otherwise just a standard room.
Joe's Steak House , Seafood and Crab House -- simply the best! Try the Lobster Tempura ...
Alicia at the front desk is amazing...so pleasant and helpful
I'm outside. Plenty to see. The shep pie with buttered cabbage is great!!! - Anya DuVivier
Best hotel-based fitness center in the city with a track, countless and varied cardio options, and a plethora of weights (free and machines). Just watch out for the hours: 5am-9pm - David K.
Really nice renovated rooms. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant has excellent Spanish food and wine though interior could use a refresh. - Brian Strauss

Great design here. Rooms are modern and unique. Tasty (and large) breakfasts. - Daniel Bernardo
Awesome deep dish - had the original. Great crust and ingredients. Better than Giordano's in my opinion. - Chris R
