theWit Chicago, a Hilton Hotel

The best hotel in which I have stayed. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Throughout the day, you'll hear the sounds of birds , a bubbling brook, & other nature sounds quietly piped into the hall.

King room is amply sized. Beautiful views from 2001. Be mindful if your room is over the train you will hear it. As a New Yorker it didn’t bother me. If you’re from the burbs it may freak you out.

Guests of theWit can goto The Roof for free. Great views and cocktails . Also spring for a room on a higher floor it will get you up above the noise and you will have a great view .

Ask for a suite ending in "04", the views are incredible..and the little things like birds chirping in the morning make this hotel so special. OH and the rooftop bar can't be beat. Get Duck Fat Fries .

OMG the cookies !! Don't forget to ask for yours. And love the chirping birds in the hallways, very nice way to start and end your day.

I feel like I can conquer the world when I look over Chicago with a martini in my hand and the wind in my hair. The views at this rooftop bar can't be beat, and neither can the people watching .

Gorgeous hotel ! After enjoying the view from the rooftop , I took a tour of the city with Echo Limousine. The driver showed me an excellent view from the observatory .

Good central location and decent size rooms. Rooftop bar is nice as well and good free breakfast if you are Diamond status.

My home away from home through the move from Austin. And an easy walk to the Edelman office in most types of weather.

Ask for rooms at upper levels. It's closer to the amazing roof top bar , views get better and you hear less of the traffic outside!

Very nice hotel . Great staff and the Roof at the Wit is a must for a local or one visiting. Love the Wit!

Best breakfast in state lake tavern. Have the salmon Edda Benedict. They smoke the salmon on site.

This is a fun, sexy spot where I had an awesome first date (thanks Jennifer). I had such a good time, I decided to get a room to get away from the grind of daily life and hosted a bachelor party.

Unique "experience-motivated" makes every little thing count: yo-yo on turndown, a cologne spray sample snuck into your toiletries, birds chirp in the halls during the day and crickets at night. Fun.

Excellent hotel . Reminded me of a vegas room with glass showers , deep soaking tub, and walls of windows. I was lucky enough to get a corner room . They even do turnback service.

My lobby automates the use of multiple lighting fixtures through a daylight sensor and astronomical time clock, setting the mood between day and night and allowing the efficient use of electricity.

Ask for a "spa" room - it has a bigger bathroom with tub and shower . Rooms on main hallway off the elevator overlook the train . But as long as you're on a higher floor you'll be fine.

The rooftop bar has amazing views .

Lovely hotel but not the best equipped gym . Plan for cardio and light dumbbells.

Try to get a rate that includes breakfast at State & Main. Delicious!
