Spectacular view from the top floor. Pleasant and very helpful staff , each time I'm there I get royal treatment. Going to work @Canary Wharf on a boat is fun too!

The ferry crosses every 10 minutes on a weekday and every 20 minutes on a weekend. Only takes a minute to take you across. Easy access to Canary Wharf leading to other areas of London.

Great choice for attending O2 events . Free ferry transfer to Canary Wharf where the Thames Clippers make a great way to arrive at the Arena and excellent for the end of the event and getting back

Great restaurant , great breakfast . Nice location directly at the Thames , so try to get a room with a view . Otherwise typical Doubletree quality, very standard.

Pleasant, well-organised. Twin room has a tiny but clean bathroom . River crossing from Canary Wharf is free. Show reservation on arrival, get a pass from the desk after.

A freshly baked chocolate chip cookie upon arrival is always great.

Great location next to River Thames with quite a view on Canary Wharf. Flawless breakfast service. But they still charge for WiFi in 2016?

Wifi is free in public areas (not sure if this is new), and all wifi is BT Openzone, so you can login with your broadband/phone provider account.

Struggling to understand the food comment. You can get a one course buffet for £10. Just go main course! Amazing value!

If you go across to canary wharf. Check the ferry time table. There are 2 breaks. One in the morning. One in the evening. Last ferry 2330 ish!!!!

Nice hotel but personnel seems knowing nothig on public transportation . Hard to arrive if you don't know spme trick. Bus c1 stops right at hotel and goes to canada water and victoria. More followes

At Canada water take bus 1 to gp to tottenheim in 30 mins. Cross the Thames with the boat (2.20 pounds) and get Canary Warf station. Seem simple tricks but I assure they will let u aoid time loss

Yes, expensive Internet. But so many places around London now have free access, even whole streets, Malls and tube/rail stations.

Through the bar and up some steps is a small library which is ideal for some quiet time to work or have a meeting.

I always feel I’m treated like a VIP when I stay here!

Eat in the bar rather than the restaurant . Cheaper, better atmosphere and better food.

Hotel ok but food very expensive - suggest Thai at the Blacksmith's Arms or Indian at the Mogul instead

Sehr freundliches Personal aber schon gut abgewohntes Hotel . Schimmel im Badezimmer und nicht mehr zeitgemäße Einrichtung.

Besser als erwartet und von vielen beschrieben. Kompliment an das Personal, welches beim Wochenendsfrühstück hart ran muss.
