Hilton London Hyde Park

Very friendly staff . with an upgrade to a deluxe room found my biggest and most beautiful hotel room in London ever. - and check out the bar with the library . Just really nice.

Not a bad place to stay. It could use a little sprucing up in terms of paint and wall paper. But the room was comfortable and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Right at the Queensway tube station on the District Line . Can't ask for a more convenient location . Within 100 yards to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens

Guest service at the front desk was really nice, and helpful. Rooms were very good and clean . Location is the best part of it right in front of Hyde park great for walks.

Room is comfy , and the shower has great pressure, but the service at the restaurant is not impressive at all (slow and unresponsive) Find somewhere else to eat!

They have a tea lounge Which serves loose tea and the experience was good while watching football on a large screen .

Service is really bad. The check in process is absurd — arrived well after the check in time and they still made us wait for a long time in a dingy lounge .
