Beautiful hotel inside with friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable staff . Room is very nice, looks out on the Eye. Centrally located, highly recommend.

If you like a bit off old world charm, this is the hotel for you. Great views if you get a river side room and a fantastic location to launch into adventures in London.

Free wifi available in the gym and by the elevators . No need to pay just to download email. Also, if you have an old Kindle, you can use it to check Facebook and Twitter for free.

Centrally located for a tourist . Walk everywhere to the top destinations. Our room had a direct view to the Thames , Big Ben and Parliament. Rooms were a bit warm so we kept our window open.

Location is great. If they say courtyard view , it might not be so great. Also every Thursday they test fire alarms.

Amazing gym - not like any hotel gym . Lobby decor is gorgeous and location is excellent

Hotel wifi is way expensive . Get a subscription to one of the hotel Internet roaming partners (such as Boingo) and only pay something like£9.95 for an entire MONTH of access (don't forget to cancel).

It's a 3-star and defiantly doesn't meet Marriott standards. AC barely work hence the fan is provided. It's a tourist trap! Many better options within a few steps from here.

Have a drink in the Gillray Lounge and sit by the window for a great Thames view

The only 5* things in this hotel are building and location. Others are more 3*.Far from friendly reception. Unbelievable stupid Internet policy. You have to pay 15$ for the internet + extra for biz us

Wifi is £6/ hour or £15/ day. Other than that it's a nice place in a great location.

Basically it is a good hotel , you can have nice views from here but I think the assistance from the crew isn't good enough. In addition, the breakfast kinda disappointed me..

Excellent yoga on Monday nights. Just expected to be "assisted".
