Such a cool place to see the classic teddy bear being made. It's a great tour and the gift shop is outstanding. All of the seasonal and unique outfits.
The tour is more like an ad for the factory but also informative. I recommend doing it.
Tour was worth it for the kiddos. PLus, you each get a souvenir scrap teddy bear which the kids LOVED! Bears are super pricey but still very awesome!

I would recommend skipping the tour . It's worth walking around the store, and all of the staff are very friendly .
