Chinatown Friendship Archway

Chinatown's Friendship Archway was a gift from DC's sister city , Beijing, and it's one of the largest single-span Chinese gates in the world. Don't forget to snap a pic.

The Friendship Archway, designed by local architect Alfred H. Liu. The colorful, work of public art includes seven roofs up to 60 feet high, 7000 tiles, and 272 painted dragons.

Right by the very busy Metro entrance. Lots of loiterers, so don't set down your bags if you stop to take a photo. Better view from across the street.

Great food but dirty neighbourhood. Even the Starbucks there was unclean.

Sometimes there are black wannabe Jews dressed in semi Samurai outfits preaching about how they are not African.
