The best meal we had in Rome! My wife had the Rigatoni a la Carbonara and I had the Tagliolini al Funghi . Both were excellent! You can't miss the Artichoke , either. And the Zuppa Inglesa is the best!
Carbonara was perfect. Sweet breads , tripe are excellent. Off the beaten path with lots of locals. Easy to get a seat for lunch .
I've had the cacio pepe and it was too strong for me.saw all the other tables going for the Roman Carbonara , probably a better choice. The matriciana was really good!good selection of wine also!
Delicious carbonara and cacio e pepe . Testaccio is a little off the normal tourist route so a much more pleasant dining experience.
Great typical Italian restaurant , with good waiters and good food. The entrance of the restaurant isn't inviting you, but behind those doors something nice is happening.
Pasta Carbonara and amatriciana are really good. Really nice desserts .
This is an interesting place. Traditional and quite expensive for what you get. Best part: the waiters are all as if they came out of a movie of the 50s. ????
I took the family. It's more of an adult place but they were very helpful. Carbonara is the best I've ever tasted.
Great Italian waiters , good food for a nice price.
Typical roman restaurant . Lovely atmosphere and food.
Everything was fantastic!
Roman cuisine with roman old waitresses . Very good pasta
Great Cacio e Pepe
Try the Beef Tagliata With Rosemary

Try the Beef Tagliata With Balsamic Vinegar And Rosemary
Mind the classics...
Try the Pannacotta
Best carbonara ever!!
Try the Fettuccini With Porcini Mushrooms
Try the Pizza Diabola
Try the Bucatini Amatriciana
Coratella tenerissima.
Carbonara di Perilli - un 'must' assieme all'amatriciana
Cacio e pepe servita direttamente nello scodellino . Che ricordi, tutto cambia ma Perilli resta! Una istituzione
Carbonara e amatriciana arcaiche, epiche, ti restano nel cuore.
Carbonara ☺️
La carbonara è un must!
Da Perilli stiamo sempre bene
Cacio e pepe stratosferico
Love this place: simple, relaxed, buzzy, tasty! Try fried calamari and zucchini, all desserts are fantastic, especially apple pie. The Ox tale pasta is smth unusual and delicious. Book on Fri-Sat - Marianna Petrosyan
good for: dinner/weekend lunch: Open Tuesday-Thursday for dinner only from 19:00-23:00. Open Friday-Sunday for both lunch & dinner from 12:00-15:00 and from 19:00-23:00. Closed Monday. - Lauren
Menu written in biro; no English; so they took us into the kitchen and showed us the dishes! Amazing lunch among Roman locals. Recommended. - Peter Sigrist
Never knew this pyramid existed! Made for a Roman, inspired by the Egyptian culture... You can take a better look by entering the cemetery right next to it. There is a small garden there with views.???? - Konstantina
