They have many bottles of wine (mostly sparkling wine ) and a handful of half-bottles. I definitely recommend the Black Tiger Shrimp & the Duck BLTs . I would recommend against the Tempura Cheese Curds .

Pricey but good atmosphere and amazing service. Get the garlic frites with truffle butter . So good and perfect for two people paired obviously with champagne .
For champagne aficionados. Buy the bottle if you are 3+. Works well with few bites: olives , deviled eggs , oysters . Live music on Sundays only.
I love this place for a good champaign cocktail . My favorite is the Bellini Coupette . The peach froth on top is like nothing I've ever had before. 🍾

Yes, this is a champagne wine bar however they have the best tempura covered cheese curds in the world. They're dusted with a foie gras powder that makes them perfectly salty. They're a must!
Trendy place , can get crowded on weekends. Food is pretty good, but I'm sad that they removed the Fried chicken thighs from the menu and made it only available downstairs at the Watershed .
Top 10 places I've ever been to--ever. Great atmosphere, trendy music & the current season's MBFW runway shows playing on all screens--a fashionista's haven. Amazing for a date or girls' night out. $$
Hungry? You MUST indulge in the Wisconsin Tempura Cheese Curds . They're buttery and rich (and pairs nicely with champagne , right?!).
Ask Michael for a half bottle of Ruinart and a cheese plate . You won't be disappointed. Ruinart is the oldest champagne house in the France.
The downstairs lounge is super chill and a great place to bring a group! Feels like my parent's basement . If my parents were like, the hippest gay couple in Chicago.
Black Hills Gold and La Vie en Rose are tremendous! The Ahi Tartare beautiful presentation, tasted even more wonderful!! Love this place!
Excellent champagne options. Just look out because some of that ‘by the glass’ options are $20+
