Pops for Champagne

For any celebrations, Pops for Champagne is the place to drink bubbly and celebrate. You can also order a glass of Bordeaux and sip it over the Torched Blueberry Marshmallow Ice Cream , our favorite.

They have many bottles of wine (mostly sparkling wine ) and a handful of half-bottles. I definitely recommend the Black Tiger Shrimp & the Duck BLTs . I would recommend against the Tempura Cheese Curds .

Mike the bartender looks like Jesus and is a master mixologist with an encyclopedic knowledge of champagne . Ask him what's good from their list of list of small producers... He won't steer you wrong!

I love this place for a good champaign cocktail . My favorite is the Bellini Coupette . The peach froth on top is like nothing I've ever had before. 🍾

Yes, this is a champagne wine bar however they have the best tempura covered cheese curds in the world. They're dusted with a foie gras powder that makes them perfectly salty. They're a must!

Trendy place , can get crowded on weekends. Food is pretty good, but I'm sad that they removed the Fried chicken thighs from the menu and made it only available downstairs at the Watershed .

Ask Michael for a half bottle of Ruinart and a cheese plate . You won't be disappointed. Ruinart is the oldest champagne house in the France.

Pretty awesome champagne collection, the servers were very friendly and knowledgeable . This was place was alive on a Thursday night till midnight.

The staff is very tall and they all have clear skin and they play a lounge version of "Love Will Tear Us Apart "
