Tea House Theatre

One of the hidden delights of Vauxhall, this Tea House is a must try! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the selection of teas are divine. They have the best and fresh baked cakes around!

Best tea house I have been so far! It has so unusual vintage interior! And the tea ! In those pretty sweaters for the tea pot . Selection of tea id great - every day you can try s new one.

Really great food and atmosphere. Tea pots with tea cosies. Great staff and they have boardgames and comfy chairs for a long afternoon.

The tea is excellent. It gets really busy at the weekend, and there wasn't much choice in the way of cakes by the time we got there. But what I had was really delicious.

Lovely place! Cosy large tea room complete with fireplace and board games , large windows , delicious sizeable portions. Loved the cakes and Welsh rarebit . Friendly staff !

Just arrived in London and I can't imagine a more welcoming place. Lovely. Waiters are attentive and very sweet. The tea is great and i'll come back to try the food.

I love this place but at times the service really isn't up to scratch. Had to walk out yesterday when there were tables available. Left standing for five minutes.

If you are starving, for 9 pounds you get a slice of all the cakes for that day. Works out cheaper than ordering a couple.

Tea cakes and breakfast in a lovely and surprisingly quiet corner of London. Service used to be slow but had got better.

Brilliant place to while away the afternoon with a pot of tea with a hand knitted cosy- great Scottish breakfasts and Welsh Rarebit .

Very warm friendly place. Great tea , amazing cake and lovely sincere staff .

For 6£ a tea pot that's the least one can spend, it's expensive , without the cake .

Go there between 2.30-3.30 to get a cake and tea for £6

Tea and cake

Arrived at opening time 8am Friday. No chef (so no food). No heating. Very expensive tea .

Horribly slow service. Half an hour just to order with half of the tables empty. Never again.
