The people there were funny and hilarious. I just went to return my internet modem since I moved; television was on and a good show was playing and it was entertaining. The woman I had was the best.
As long as everyone keeps giving them $ the monopoly beast keeps living and growing. Live without cable for ONE MONTH! That's all it would take, EVERYONE cancel for one month and change will come.
Work in Manhattan? You're better off going to the 23rd street location instead of this one. It's the difference between the DMV and a Grocery Store (more order and more checkout lines )
Guess I got lucky. Came in on a Tuesday morning to exchange a dead cable modem . I was the only customer there, everyone I encountered was friendly , and there were no hassles with the exchange.
If you must come here do so as early in the morning as you can (unless you enjoy waiting in line ).
Parking is impossible anytime of the day...parking lot was filled with cable trucks instead of saving them for customers
Just like eating for bread in Stalinist Russia. But with wifi .
I pay enough that they can afford to hire one more person. This is a cross between an abyss, a vortex, and the 7th circle if hell
If your a food delivery guy you don't have to wait out side in the cold for the doors to open.....supposed to open at 9am...bet they close on time though
Time Warner Cable is now called Spectrum.
Just throw the euipment though the window these people are so understaffed the mangers should be smacked in the face
Time Warner is now called Spectrum.
They have slow people the only ones working are miguel
Bring headphones or a friend.
Just need a remote control replacement? Don't bother with the line security guy at desk is the gate keeper to remote control replacements. Save you the hour long line
Free WiFi for guests
Empty on a Saturday afternoon. The lady with the mustache who does equipment isn't much of a talker but gets stuff done.
Slightly better than the post office
First question asked, "Are you switching to Fios?"
This may be as horrible as the Target in Brooklyn.
Avoid using them as service
Great internet service, horrible channel packages. Goodbye box!
I arrived on a Monday afternoon and canceled my service in only 8 minutes. Stay away on weekends!
Prepare to wait
Switch to fios! Lol
If you come early in the morning the lines are not as long or at all.
Long ass line
Visit here for a DMV-like experience.
Fuck my life.
Worst cable company in the New York area. Avoid at all costs.
Bring a book

A friendly knowledgeable staff. They helped me to find a laptop as per my need. They even check and confirmed whether I can install additional SSD. Good deals as well. - Asanga Wijesundara
Store is really spacious. Great place to shop without feeling cramped and crowded. - Christopher Adams
Sales people here are idiots, they are unprofessional....and their items are overpriced. - Tita Milagros
Fresh baked baguettes and other breads. They are also working on having gluten free options!!! - caroline
Despite what you may think, this place has an incredible history. It also has beautiful, well maintained grounds. Their events are often worth the expense. - Mary O
It’s super big and has almost everything you need at a reasonably cheap price.P.S. The rotisserie chicken is to die for - Sophia Su
