Happy to have a Best Buy easily accessed by train . However, compared to 14th st Best Buy, I find it lacking in order and layout.
The associates here are slower than the sloths at the DMV from Zootopia
Best Buy is not really a best buy when it comes to cables and computer parts. Suggest you try mono cables and New Egg online.

The lines here are long so be prepared. The staff seems to be pretty nice here though.

Horrible service by indifferent mostly young staff members is part of their business plan. So do your homework in advance.

The workers act like you are bothering them when you shop here.
The escalators on the atlantic ave side never work. You have to take the ones closer to Fort Greene Pl.
Not hard to see why people prefer Amazon. Even the online pickup takes longer than an Amazon shipment.
Store is really spacious . Great place to shop without feeling cramped and crowded .
Came to pick up an online order. They wanted to argue that part of the order was getting shipped when I had the email saying its all ready for pickup. Wasted an hour here. Most incompetent workers.
Bought a TV a couple months ago and I waited an hour to be checked out...and I was at the front of the line
