Prosciutto Cotto, Mortadella and Provolone : The meat is delicate, flavorful, and perfectly salty; it's all stuffed within a soft piece of pizza bianca that works just right for this sandwich .
If they still have bread ask for a sandwich , it's not directly on the menu but will be absolutely delicious. A simple sandwich with cheese , prosciutto and some olive oil drizzled on top. It's like $8.
Waits can be long, but only because so many people are vying for their products, like prosciutto di parma , smoked mozzarella , and soppressata . Lots of imported goodies and the staff is amazing.

Make sure to grab a number on the way in- that's how you get served. The porchetta , prosciutto , meatballs , mozzarella , olives , etc... Everything is good. Plus, they're pretty liberal with the samples!
THE ONLY PLACE I trust to slice their prosciutto Di Parma perfectly. Cacciatore dried sausage is amazing with piave . Pistachio crema > Nutella . They let you sample everything & are extremely helpful.
