Hsekeeping didnt knock and just open door come into room. Luckily we were in the room, dangerous! Lock ur door when u are in the room. When u r not in room, keep ur belongings safe!
From Alameda metro station , need to walk a distance (up steep slope ) to reach hotel . Tiring!
Wi-Fi works everywhere, just use the net "ALAMEDA0" on the ground floor, "ALAMEDA1" on the first floor and so on.
Breakfast at 10 euros per person per day. Didnt try though...
Nice clean rooms , valuable breakfest, but wifi sucks!
Not very sound proof. Can hear next door hsekeeping vacuum floor and knocking the items (e.g plug in switch)
Hop onto one of the nearby metro lines (green or yellow) and go downtown.
Wifi seems to have "technical problems" and works only on the first floor . Not as advertised.
The WiFi only works on the first floor .
Free wifi , ask at front desk.
Avoid the juice and coffee machines at breakfast . They taste like pavement.
A nice hotel with a good pool and close to the airport and public transport to the city - Rickard Jonsson
No professionalism, poor service, stay away even if you read 'good' reviews. - Dennis Z.
Sporting an amazing location, this hotel offers modern and well-decorated rooms, WiFi, the best TV system I've ever seen in a hotel and a great price. Breakfast could be better. - Joao Carvalho
Arguably the biggest mall in Lisbon....loads to shop, loads of brands and loads to do. A day is not enough - Shyam Pitamber
Beautiful open space, the arch is so pretty to see at night! Often crowded when the cruise ships are in town. - Monica Cullen
