Teochew braised Goose - very rare (most places use duck - Goose is finer), and not padded with so much tau kwa. Prawn roll (hei Zhou) had palpable prawn chunks inside and very fine skin.

Good value for money Teochew food that is tasty yet not overly seasoned, at least don't feel thirsty afterwards. Steamed promfret is the highlight.

The selection of menu is quite good. Recommend the cold crab as it is seldom found unless the restaurant specialize in Teochew style cooking.

Most of the dishes here are good! All the ingredients are very fresh, and not very salty. Very satisfying!
