The La Paloma frozen margarita with peppercorns is a favorite, as are the tot-chos (tater tot nachos ) and the al pastor tacos . Lots of lime and a ton of fun - with brunch & lunch service coming 2016.
Amazing tacos . Loved Mexican Coke short ribs and tac-o-fella (fried oyster ). Guacamole is mix-it-yourself. Warning for cilantro-haters: lots of cilantro on the tacos , but they'll happily take it off.
If you order the guacamole , add the red pepper slowly and taste it as you mix it in. I added it all at once and it proved to be one of the spiciest I've ever eaten.
The Frozen Palomas here are made with Jose Cuervo, grapefruit and lime juice , and come with pink salted rims. They'll knock you off your feet if you aren't careful. During happy hour , they're only $8. Read more
Festive vibes! ???? very cool beach-side, surf inspired decor. Definitely recommend the churro ice cream sandwich for dessert . Indulgent menu options (the QUESO ) balanced out by the tasty "dharma" bowls
Awesome bottomless brunch in UWS. It's $16 with purchase of anything - try the sangria and it's still worth it to get a frozen Paloma on the side ????
While the service was just okay, the food made up for it - I had the Baja fish taco , Southern Girl taco , Mexican corn & guac . Next time I want to try the queso & churro ice cream sandwich !
In my first trip here, I never had an empty bottomless drink . Great/scary as that is. Ha! The food was solid and the movie-theater-themed basement was charming. Get a rezzy, bring your amigos.
The Frozen Palomas - nice, crisp & different taste (yes, the grapefruit ) that’s just yummy. Ahi & Baja tacos , good. The guacamole & shroom taco were awesome ????????????????????????
Al pastor , Baja fish tacos are delicious. Add a few drops of Valentina Hot Sauce . Try corn and Cauliflower Buffalo bites as side. Pair with a pitcher of Margarita . Voila!
They've done a great job with the outdoor setup here. Always a solid option on a nice day on the Upper West Side
Pastor and hass taco . For the desert the churro ice cream sandwich is delicious
Tacos were great and as a displaced Texan I absolutely loved the queso . Beers were a bit pricey at $8 for drafts but overall a very welcome addition to the UWS.
Good tacos and atmosphere. Really loved the diy guacamole where they give you different ingredients to add in like pomegranate seeds , jalapeños , tomatoes , and more!
Guac with toppings separately so you can customize and good queso . Ok seared tuna tacos drowned in sauce. Fun atmosphere and service
Totchos are the best!! Queso is delicious too. Definitely get the frozen Paloma
One of my favorite date night spots … Excellent food & customer service.
Baja tacos are great. Also enjoyed the betty marg and La Paloma frozen marg . Definitely pricey for what it is. Expect to pay about $30 pp.
PSA: the carne asada tacos come covered in guac , even though that isn't listed as one of the ingredients.
Baja taco was awesome! Overall a little bit pricey for what you get (mostly referring to tacos ) but to be expected for the area.
Strong cocktails . Don't miss the nachos from this place, their sauces are perfect!
The tacos are delicous, espthe fish and the vegan one
Must try the frozen Paloma , it's delicious, pink and strong.
Love the selection of non-traditional tacos ! Highly recommend the fried oyster taco .
Tacos are pretty good and spicy margarita is solid. Skip burrito and enchiladas ; very bland.
Weekend brunch is the time to go; chorizo , potato and egg taco - get it!
Jalapeño margarita . Guac needs salt and/or lime to be better, but still decent.
Pretty good tacos , it's loud and a little on $ side. Get Marley taco (jerk chicken ) and guac to start
Cute cute cute , great margaritas and the guac is awesome
$5 dollar taco's with so little meat and a couple beers left me with a $65 dollar bill and still hungry, disappointed and insulted. I really want this place to work but the staff needs to check back.
Great food and atmosphere but too expensive for Mexican beach food and margaritas in highball glasses.
Fun brunch spot . Great queso . Frozen Paloma 's. Done.
Friendly service , ok tacos , asterisks regarding the happy hour menu (margaritas ).
Good gauc awesome fried chicken tacos
great mexican food , but a little bit pricey .
Tacos , corn and guac were yummy but the service left A LOT to be desired. Seating was dirty , wait staff was not attentive, and the kitchen was disorganized. Overall, needs some work.
Tacos + churro ice cream sandwich ????
Great margaritas . And the guacamole is awesome
Really crowded and loud fri night. Had to shout..but tacos were fine, like the Al pastor best
Cool vibe and open layout but overpriced beers . They were also out of 3 of their 8 taco options.
Great queso and cheap tacos !
The takeout frozen palomas are very small. Order the buffalo cauliflower .
Visited this past saturday night with a group of friends. Vibes are nice, but food and drinks are poor. DO NOT order enchilladas , quesadilla , or any fish or steak tacos - they are DRY and tasteless!
4-8pm happy hour deals - except on (Taco ) Tuesday. $5beer. $12 Paloma.
they do not have enough high chairs to accommodate the uws on a late Saturday afternoon
$3 tacos with any cocktail on Tuesday.
Awesome place and astoundingly cheap .
Fun spot, a little too big for my liking. Lots of fried food.
Great food and service, but the drinks are SO pricey .
$1 shot-sized frozen Paloma Happy Hour special

I love their al pastor tacos, corn, and rice & beans! Great for takeout as well. - Paige C
Enchiladas Suisses are very tasty. Steak fajitas are great, as was the chicken and the shrimp. Good sizesd portions, good value, pleasant decour and staff. I'll be back. - Emt Suj
Super fresh and simple! Love the Rosie's margarita! For food, I loved the beef tartar, pork tacos, and ribs. If you're into spicy try the scallop ceviche. - Kathleen Corless
Fantastic theatre. Great staff. Clean bathrooms. A great view from most seats. - L. T.
I like this theater. Lots of options, comfortable seats. Popular movies get sold out so make sure to book in advance. - I K
I would call the catfish burrito their signature dish. It's awesome, I always get it, with the sweet potato fries. The ales are diverse, fresh, and regularly changing also. ???????? Usually pretty crowded - Brad Emo
