Stuck on dessert ? The Bannoffee Basket deliciously light and just enough for two if you're thinking of sharing ???? (could have done with more banana though..)

The food is simply excellent. Our medium steak was exactly as ordered, tender and pink all the way through with no hint of red, and the half roast chicken was succulent and juicy.

F&B's can be too packed and you may feel rushed to eat, but not here. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff are friendly and polite. I recommend the G. Bread , Spaghetti . C and Fudge Cake .

You get what you expect. There isn't too much in the way of restaurant choice in Surrey Quays so F&B came in as a backup choice. Pulled Pork Burger was tasty. Staff were pleasant.

Nothing special. Standard American restaurant . Steaks , Chicken , Burgers , Hot Dogs etc. Good as a "I don't know what to eat" option. Also good for small get togethers.

don't expect great food or a nice peaceful meal as the place is littered with kids, but the staff were lovely!

Breakfast up to £5 before 12pm and free wifi . Not complaining about that.

A lot of Frankie and Benny's can be hit and miss - this one is actually pretty good. Best restaurant kids pack for the under 7s

It's ok. Simple as that. Staff really nice but the whole package is slow, chaotic and just fails. Like I said, the staff do try, just can't handle the volume of people. Shame.

Service was extremely #poor. Arrived at 5pm waited 10min to be seated then had drinks order taken at 5.45pm, then my starter was taken and I didn't get it till 6.45pm and didn't get my main till 8pm.

Expensive place and the food is not great. You can eat way better in other places with that money. Though the staff was really nice.

Like every other Frankie & Benny's. Awful processed food taken out of a freezer and shoved in an industrial microwave. Slow service and screaming kids. Awful. Avoid.

The meatballs were not good at all. The pasta had no taste. Did not even finish the meal.

Food is decent before 5 you can get 3 courses for 8.95 which is a BARGAIN. Cocktails are cheap but SUCK!

Don't have the med veggie burger as it's pretty damn horrible, and it contains way too much salad (that's a lie, I struggled to find anything green, except the napkin)

This place is a sh*tshow.

Breakfast sucks!!! I had a few lunches here and they were ok... Today's breakfast was simply awful!

Takes ages to get a table then the waiter has awful greasy, blond, thinning , straggly hair. Gosh!
