A very good place to have dinner at the Stratford Westfield Mall.It was so spacious and the waiters where so kind and helpful.The food was amazing!!!

Best seats in the house are the 8-10 seat raised booth in middle of restaurant floor and the converted New York yellow taxi cars outside

Burgers were good. Not the best. But service, ambient, unlimited Cola and decent burger - rack up to a good experience.

Big meals. Big cocktails . Friendly staff . Good prices. What more could you want?!

The combination of New York Strip & Frozen Strawberry Margarita is perfect for dinner ! I have to wait for the table in 45 minutes then order the food & wait for the food comes in 15 minutes :(

Mine was ok the person I was with got crispy noodle/prawn salad . so much chilli flakes it couldn't be eaten prawns skewered and cooked to an Inch of their life and a dirty water marked plate

You can wait for a table by the bar and order you food when one table in the bar is vacant. So much quicker than have them to seat you.

Try New York Strip with double potato skin , fries & Jack Daniel's sauce. The best one I have ever had ;)

Burger was overcooked and obviously a pre-made frizen one. I think Tesco has better ones than the one I had here. However, I recommend the sesame jack Daniel chicken strips

Go with the Jack Daniels glazed ribs , then apple waffle crunch for dessert . You won't regret it.

Get the New York strip cooked rare. And the skinny Long Island Ice Tea . Amazing.

Waited 15 mins for a table for two, eventhough there were 7-8 free tables for two from the moment we started to wait. Eventually left bc we didnt want to wait any longer. Nobody cared. Bad managment.

Food is good .. I have no complaints ... But i've heard more negative then positive things about this TGI .. But word of mouth isnt always 100% ...

Make sure you try the Jack Daniels ribs , double glazed.

Hope you aren't hungry when you show up. Prepare to wait ages to even get noticed by a server, even when it's practically empty at lunch time when you would think service shouldn't be a problem.

Hostes... She was very friendly and helpfull... thank you. But tables and forks was sticky and dirty . And my steak burned and dry. I wanted just no pink :( our cockteyl's was poor.

Do you wanna know what service is gonna be like? Watch staff 's grumpy, unhappy, tired faces from outside and then decide if their food is really worth coming in.

Bad food can be compensated with a great service, but bad service can never be compensated with a great food. This is the worst T.G.I. Fridays service here ever! Don't spoil your mood with this place

Atmosphere and theming is brilliant. Poor service is the only drawback!

Poor greeting service, once seated poor table quality (wobbly table, unpolished cutlery), white wine served warm, ribs were dry, shrimp was tasteless, waitress was unemotional, overall epic fails!

Cheesecake was quite nice.

Do not order the fajita

Awful food - kids pasta was rubbery as if microwaved. Burger patty was burnt n v dry. Fajita was not sizzling hot. Side plates n glasses were dirty . Had to ask for cutlery. AVOID!!!!!

Shockingly small portions for the money. Don't forget to upgrade to Patron tequila . Avoid the JD 'glaze'.
