If you love Wings of Desire , you almost have to come here. You'll need to buy a monthly or yearly pass to get inside, but there are tours on Fridays.

The library in Wim Wenders ' Himmel über Berlin (Eng title "Wings of Desire "). Sadly, you can't access the various floors without a card.

Now they have WiFi , but only access with a member card. The installation on the laptop is quite complicated.

On a very warm day, the hall is just perfect.

Is there really no WiFi ? Do they at least offer wired internet? P.S. See you guys on a break in front of the library !

Unfortunately only members can access the library . It seems to be a huge library , but I didn't get further than the entrance :(

They only let you in if you have a library card. That means no foreign visitors.

Don't wear a sweater. Library tends to be very warm.
