Yes. If you're in a hurry you would do better roasting your own beans in Guatemala than waiting in this sloooow line .

Pros: not packed with tourists . As of 2019 the staff is always friendly . (Older comments seem outdated). Cons: Very small with limited seating , bathroom line takes up half the space

If there is a particular 'Someone' in glasses at the counter, expect to wait AGES for your order to be taken! #frustrating

For whatever reason when you order the lime refresher this black stuff settles to the bottom and I don't know why and I don't know what it is. I'm not ordering it from here anymore.

As usual in Starbucks three Internet parasites occupying tables without drinking. Probably have been here for hours.. I really hate them because people wanting to sit and drink can't.

Service is so poor here. The cashier would say things like "what, I can't understand you."

Don't bother. Do yourself a favor and walk a block to the next starbucks. They consistently get orders wrong or they taste awful
