Super slow.. There's actually an amazing coffee shop across the street with great service
Yes. If you're in a hurry you would do better roasting your own beans in Guatemala than waiting in this sloooow line .
Pros: not packed with tourists . As of 2019 the staff is always friendly . (Older comments seem outdated). Cons: Very small with limited seating , bathroom line takes up half the space
The friendliest (albeit not most efficient) Starbucks I've been to in NYC
If there is a particular 'Someone' in glasses at the counter, expect to wait AGES for your order to be taken! #frustrating
For whatever reason when you order the lime refresher this black stuff settles to the bottom and I don't know why and I don't know what it is. I'm not ordering it from here anymore.
As usual in Starbucks three Internet parasites occupying tables without drinking. Probably have been here for hours.. I really hate them because people wanting to sit and drink can't.
Great location to check out the gay boys.
The young woman at the register here is awesome... and the salted caramel mocha is amazing!!!
This is a nice place 2 go 2 and get a coffee , friendly fast service here.
Have your SBUX card handy they won't take your smartphone one or bother to type the number in. Wackness indeed
Lovely folks behind the counter. But often very busy and slow. Good for coffee on the go. Not for having a sit down.
Very friendly folks behind the counter!
Great staff ! Come often enough and they'll remember your order.
@kennysullivan: Just so you know, the iced caramel macchiato takes the longest to make.
Josh, with the great smile, is a great member of staff .
There's always something funky going on in their bathroom .
Seriously though, the SLOWEST Starbucks in the country .
You might find some Hector Latte Project cards here. Ask the Barista.
Not my favorite Starbucks.. Limited seating , free WiFi , good for take away .
Very nice baristas....very crowded .
Bathroom code: 23248
Exactly what you expect it to be.
Nicest service of any starbucks I've ever been to. Thanks guys!!
sit next to the window and catch the sunshine.
This my first time here but my latte came right away.
Nicest Starbucks crew in town !
Like Chai Lattes ? Spice one up with some Cinnamon Dolce :)
Bathroom code is 22112
This place is a shitshow on caffeine
i am using foursquare to check in now~ check-in with a purpose :)
Skip the turkey bacon breakfast sandwich
Venti Mocha Light! (160 calories)
Crowded , dirty tables, disorganized, internet users not buying but occupying tables, people sleeping at other tables.
Always pumpkin splice.
No bathroom ????????
Worst Starbucks in the city . Hands down.
Service is so poor here. The cashier would say things like "what, I can't understand you."
Don't bother. Do yourself a favor and walk a block to the next starbucks. They consistently get orders wrong or they taste awful
The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life.
Hector was here. <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://www.HectorLatteProject.com"target="_blank" data-sig="X8q8K4RagSDmlER6zc7tmJ1y4ug=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">www.HectorLatteProject.com</a>
Always full...
Got faster recently.
Worst Starbucks in the City
Slowest Starbucks ever. & that's if they remember your order.
Worst Starbucks in NYC!!
This is the worst starbucks ever. I watch 5 people walk out once bc the service is so unorganized and slow.
slooooooooooooowwwww motion service
Insanely slow
Take a crap and dont flush, FEDEX is coming
The iced mocha is so smooth! I also recommend the avocado toast - Natalie LeMoss
Great coffee shop. Grab a cup and head outside to Bryant Park across the street to soak up the sun or reflect on a cloudy day. Iced mocha or cold brew are good on a warm day. - Sam Sabri
Iced coffee is on draught all summer. Fantastic espresso drinks. Good filter brew. Balthazar pastries. Limited lovely seating. Friendly staff. - Roger Schonfeld
Everything is good here! I would recommend going in the evening because the scenery is beautiful. Even in the winter time here you can't go wrong. - Pamela Benford
Full grocery, bakery, hot ready to eat, sushi. Prices are a bit high, but the hours are very convenient. - John A
Amazing place to read or walking, i like the mood a little mellow, a little happy. Great views of the city. - Santiago Caicedo
