My go-to perfect Vegas restaurant . It is always consistent with perfect food and service. Been here 5-6 times. Love Le Crabe Royal, Le Burger , and the mashed potatoes are phenomenal!
Watch the artistry of chef Benjamin & his team when you pull up a seat at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Tapas , a tasting menu & wines from around the world highlight the menu. [Eater 38 Member] Read more

So good! I had their seasonal tasting menu , and every dish was well worth my money. Their open kitchen was unique, and the service was great as well . It's not 1 Michelin star for nothing!
Despite being cool and modern, space can seem cold. Servers were a bit pretentious . All that said, the food was delicious and well presented.
The complimentary Foie gras parfait at the beginning of meal was actually my fav. Very rosy and romantic vibes , mostly bar seats for small groups and you can see food preparation. Many menu options.
L'Atelier is all it is cracked up to be. Make a reservation , request to be seated at the counter, and enjoy the delicious show. Try to have Elias as your server. Four course meal is plenty of food.
Just like the one in Paris. This is fantastic! They have two choices for a tasting menu ; non-vegetarian and #vegetarian . A-la-cart is also offered, but why?
Brought my son here for his college grad present. We sat at the countertop watching the chefs work. Had great conversation with the people sitting on both sides of us. Here..everyone is a foodie.
Each course of the seasonal tasting menu was exquisitely presented and prepared. The standard wine pairing went very well . Not sure how much better the premium wine tasting would have been.
Nice atmosphere, like the open kitchen , solid food, just a little slow in service. Standouts were the amuse, egg dish , fish , and steak . The desserts were the clear standouts
Despite the opulently decorated space, the exquisitely crafted fare does in fact stand up to the room’s décor. It’s French grandiosity meets Asian refinement. [Eater 38 member]
It’s French grandiosity meets Asian refinement. Be sure to request a complimentary pick up and a MGM limo will be dispatched to deliver to the private entrance.
The tasting is definitely the way to go, one of the top 5 meals I have had thus far. If you love watching the food network or cooking channel, you NEED to sit at the bar . I mean tweezer work c'mon! :D
The best tasting menu . If you have time to sit thought a beautiful 3 hour dinner , this is a must. The fresh bread cart with a huge variety of tasty, soft, warm bread . At the end they send you off wi
Thoroughly disappointed!Did not find one surprisingly great dish with the tasting we had!Not on par with other Michelin chefs like Ramsay, Ducasse, Masa, or Keller!
The mashed potatoes are amazing. I had a special prix frix menu, included braised short ribs . Delicious .
Pro tip: ask for a side of potato puree . You won't find it on the menu but it is not to be missed!
La Tomate; truffled langoustine with chopped cabbage ; cauliflower cream with caviar ; roasted lobster with green curry ; lobster in a sealed cocotte with morels and asparagus
Amazing restaurant ! The bread and desserts were phenomenal, not to mention the free limo ride to and from the restaurant . Everyone needs to check this place out at least once in his/her life!
Culinary star of France, Joël Robuchon does not disappoint at the first American branch of his empire. The tasting menu is superb - try the black truffle in hot pastry with onions and smoked ham .
Come in early. They have a pre theater menu. But the best is the tasting menu with wine pairing . Sit at the bar so you can see the kitchen and the chefs .
Menu A is a great way to enjoy a 4 course meal for $78. Some items are an additional $10 such as the Maine lobster and foie gras .
Ask for seats on the counter facing the open kitchen and observe how meticulous they prepare your meals
Avoid the suckling pig and duck . Must order the foie gras burger and the yellowtail tartar . This place is amazing.

This place must be off their game, the only memorable dishes are the Lobster and Caviar , and the bread cart . We did get a free anniversary cake which was nice. Service is superb.
We tried 3 different foie gras and they were all amazing. Executive chef Steve Benjamin is my favorite chef EVER.
Either L'Atillier or the Mansion...go on treat yourself...you deserve it. Great contemporary French Cuisine at itsfinest...for sure!!-Rick Moonen, Top Chef
Less expensive and more casual than its sister restaurant next door, L'Atelier still shares the same high standards. Try the tasting menu or dine a la carte, but make sure to try the mashed potatoes .
According to CIA alum Marcel Vigneron, his nine-course tasting menu got him hired on the spot when he applied to work as master cook at Joël Robuchon.
Food as art ... though funny enough after the 4 hour, 16 course tasting I remember the insane bread cart the most! An absolute must for foodies at least once in your life.
