High ceiling , great view , friendly staffs and excellent location. I would re-visit for sure.
Amazing hotel to stay at in Midtown Manhattan! Complimentary goodies in the room, including snacks , beverages, AND slippers! The French toast in the restaurant is to die for!
A pot of chai tea is just what you need before the hectic workday. And enjoy your brioche breakfast sandwich with a fantastically made homemade ketchup .
Fantastic breakfast . Highlight include the lemon poppyseed pancakes , the parmesan eggs , and the bacon . Check out the second floor of the hotel for great views and large conference rooms .
Decent hotel for a stay near Bryant Park . Pricey but good breakfast food (not included) and large (for NY) gym . Do ask for a „splash suite“ - they have a view of the library !
Really love this hotel . Convenient location, cool vibe, very friendly staff , spacious room and fairly priced . Only complaint is no blackout curtains.
Awesome place for cocktails ! Andaz never disappoints
Stylish , modern hotel with really great event spaces and a nice courtyard . Very flexible; can do intimate gatherings or large groups.
Don't let them put you in the North Tower...unless you're prepared to walk through events on the second floor every time you want to go to or from your room and get mean looks from PR chicks.
Stayed in the Andaz's in both San Diego as well as here. Both are great -- free mini-bar, internet, friendly staff , awesome location. Highly reccomend.
Try the Chicken Schnitzel ~ very nice restaurant , great service and a very well balanced menu !
One of my favourite hotels , stylish , uncomplicated, great food from farm to plate! And great service! Andaz hosts are great
Thirty-two rooms on the eighth floor or above offer views of Times Square—on New Year’s Eve, you’ll even see the ball drop.
I'm overwhelmed at the size and fabulousness of my room. A private terrace ? In NYC? Overlooking the library ? Yes please.
Service model at Andaz unique and impeccable. From moment they greet you to anything you need, each service person has a get done attitude and they deliver . My new go to hotel for midtown
Pancakes are the best breakfast item .
Looks cool. My friends were staying here and like it a lot.
Art sense from Hyatt Group
Andaz is awesome place to stay, the food they serve not so good, but the must try is the fresh jams and juices !
The cafe up front serves coffee , tea and wine . But I loved browsing the cookbooks for sale at the entry.
Decent downstairs bar . Great wine , good service and decent nibbles.
Great hotel . Drinks in the evening are free, lots of free goodies in the room & showers in room are amazing! Foot bath !!!
If you're thinking about booking here, stop thinking and book . Great hotel !
The hotel 's seven suites with freestanding tubs offer views of the Empire State Building and the Public Library—as do less expensive XL View King rooms.
Duck w/ sweet and sour cherries paired with the Tempranillo is divine.
Room itself was fine - the bathroom is huge and really cool. Unfortunately, the service wasn't as good. There were no ice machines so we called and asked for ice several times but never received it.
Wonderful staff . Always ready to lend a hand and go beyond the bare minimum. Very comfortable rooms . Food is a bit too salty
What a coffee ! Come back late afternoon and sneak in the pub downstairs for a drink
Great hosts, fantastic ambience. The shower is to-die-for!! Must try the foot bath . Free wine at lobby and free in-room wifi are big plus.
best hotels ever stayed in my vacation. You coming to NY to host this one. Only one default wi-fi is paid.
Delicious whole wheat linguini w chicken !
Wine happy hour at 6pm daily.
My favourite place to stay in New York. Great bar with great cocktails . Try the Cellar Door and their strip steak ..
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Midtown.

Braised short ribs are excellent
The 5th Avenue shops are just within walking distance of the hotel .
Great for classy coffee after hanging/eating in Bryant Park
Used to have a really great chicken sandwich on the lunch menu but they've taken it off. The lunch menu is only so so.
Make sure to take advantage of the free wine 6-9 PM
Love this place, especially during the US Open :-)
Trust a Parisian guy : ask for old style Whisky sour ...
Lobster roll & brussel sprouts
I say, this is a nice hotel . Small but arty and flashy.
great spot for a business lunch .
This is by far my favourite hotel . Worth every penny!
Gorgeous hotel . A Hyatt property
Prime rib , order it
Free wine and apps for guests 6-8pm!
Great coffee !!
Great small tapas - a little on the pricey side but must haves: Rock shrimp, croquettas de jamon, and any selection of their jamon Serrano. Great underground spot with high quality cocktails - Yami Alonso
The pork chop with mashed potato was perfectly cooked - delicious! Must try if you are here for dinner. - Anne Lac
Coffee is ok but the view to Central Park is amazing! Spring is the best time to visit ???????? - Maram
Beautiful hotel with incredible outdoor spaces & terraces. Super dog friendly. - Paige C
My favorite place in the city! The views are great from the rooftop! You should pre game a little because the drinks are a wittle pricey - Bee Williams
This place never fails to impress me. Probably my best park in the big apple. Yoga classes, live music, nice surroundings, books and great waffle place, could you ask for more? - Joury AlS
