Rooms facing riverfront are beautiful. In room Starbucks coffee are the perfect amenities ! Even the lemonade in the foyer tastes great.

The riverside rooms are really nice, the street side rooms give you a view of people taking their smoke breaks. If you can get a river side room it's great, if not there's reason to open your window.

Great location. Access to the middle of River Street and Bay Street. Cool rooftop bar and guest only lounge . Staff was incredible! Go for the river view room upgrade! Well worth it!

overpriced. Rooms facing street are horrible: you feel like you litteraly sleeping on the street. Ventilation is really bad, you cannot open windows because you need some aditional key... Wasted money
