Tasting menu was fantastic, but the scallop entree was the best. Excellent service , thoughtful execution and presentation, and overall had a great experience at Bouillon Bilk.

One of the best meals of my life. Absolutely incredible fois gras , beef special, and cocktails . We managed to get a reservation for 2 on a Tuesday @ 8pm by calling the day before. Place was packed.

Every course was distinct and sophisticated. The dessert was also outstanding. I enjoyed the mignardises. If I were a Michelin inspector, I’d put this place at the top tier.

Everything is good here! I had Black Cod for entrée, scallop as the main course and éclaire for dessert . And i did like them all, especially the scallop ! ????????????????

Amazing explosion of tastes! Don't take the hamachi though, it's less amazing than the others. Very friendly service although they could learn a bit more etiquette. Still, mind-blowing experience!

This is a friendly place with excellent gourmet 'deconstructed' food. The flavors are exceptional and are a true testament to the chef 's ability. The staff is nice and accommodating.

This is a fantastic restaurant . I enjoyed the tasting meal on two separate occasions, once with wine pairings and once without. The meal was really delicious.

There was one vegetarian app and one vegetarian main course so a good option if you are veggie . Seemed like limited vegan or gluten options though unless you arrange ahead of time.

Ask for wine parings with each course if the somellier is there. Much better than trying to find a bottle that will go well with everything you've ordered.

There wasn't a table, so we had to seat at the counter - this was not enough for us to dislike this place. Every dish we ordered was superb and the waiters were great. I am already planing to go back.

Caring staff . I tried the tuna entrée and beef plat principal (amazingly tender).

Went here for an anniversary dinner because it was recommended. Food was good but nothing compared to Montreal standards. There's better options for food and atmosphere in the city .
