The companies origins go back to 1899 when Herman Bergdorf an immigrant from France opened a tailor shop . The shoe salon is absolutely amazing -- one of the best, from flats to pumps to boots.

I LOVE the store and the goods, but the RUDE/snotty people who make the 2% commission OFF your purchase are far from good. I'd rather shop online or at Barney's, Bendel's, Bloomies & Saks Fifth Ave!!!

Got myself some great Jimmy Choo sneakers here. The atmosphere is a little stuffy and the service is in keeping with that. Rise above it however and you'll find some nice pieces.
