Apparently, one of Ron's wishes was to have pizza be magicallly produced from this fountain . However, everyone else should lower expectations as that is simply not going to happen.
Make sure when you make a wish you use a coin from your home country otherwise it won't come true.
Don't take change from the fountain ! That's a wish someone made!
