Nice hotel . Beware that some tourists we know(didnt know german or english) were robbed by some people pretending to be policemen, keep you eyes open and you will be fine. Overall very good hotel

If you get a chance to visit the Spa (free for guests) try the highly luxurious "raindance" rain shower , in German "Erlebnisdusche" for a soothing experience!

How to get the free Internet in your room: just join the Swissotel club, you can do it online. Then you have Internet free of charge. This must be the best tip ever ;)

Extremely alert staff . They walk you to the elevator , remember your name when entering the breakfast room only for the 2nd time etc. Smart tech: room keycard brings you in elevator to correct floor

It's ridiculous to see all the guests in the lobby struggling to get an internet access. I would gladly change the nespresso machine for a decent internet. Wifi is expensive and slow.

Great location but the rooms are not sound proof at all, double beds are uncomfortable, pillows are awful; yes they have a Nespresso machine in the room but do not put a complimentary bottle of water

Das Personal ist Super freundlich, das Frühstück ist gut, die Lage spricht für sich , aber das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen!
