One of the best places in Paris to visit. Excellent food quality and convivial service. What makes the restaurant is the clientele which tends to include chefs from Paris.

Bobby Solomon

This Belle Epoque space remains decorated with clowns but the menu has been revived by Sota Atsumi’s luxurious small plates . Wines are natural, with good options by the glass as well as the bottle.

Journey City Guides

By the same team behind gastro restaurant Le Saturne, Clown bar offers a cheaper and more simple alternative but the food is still great and inventive. Friendly service . Excellent bio wines . A must

Where do I start? Everything is excellent! From the starters, plates to desert . Choose anything as you won’t be disappointed. Foie gras , canard , thé cucumber desert and the choc mousse is trop bonnes

Linda Mora

Absolutely amazing dinner with perfectly paired wine ! From appetzizers (tempura sardines; oysters ) entrees (duck/foie gras, smoked pigeon ) to dessert , we were in absolute heaven! Excellent service .

Bobby Solomon

One of the best meals I've had in Paris, maybe ever. The smoked pigeon and the radicchio with foie are fantastic!

Pierre-Alexandre Mateos

French food with a sophisticated twist and international influence / Duck Pithiviers/ Tartare/ Merlu / Too expensive bio wine / Fashion/ Crowded / ~ 70

At least on Saturdays there is no menu. Nice opcions to share as starters. About 45-50 per person drinks not included.

Liene

Price quality one of the best places to eat in Paris ever!

Outstanding bistro food, or so I've heard from friends who've been there. I live right across the corner since about a year and haven't been there ... yet!

Sofia Guido

my favorite restaurant in Paris! a lovely and fashionable place, attended by locals, great french cuisine , very kind owner and very fair price !

Vincent Tan

The veal brains were amazing

Paul Farrell

Beautiful room and a fantastic selection of wines by the glass. Did not eat, but cooking looks superb.

Guillaume Flandre

Amazing food, especially seafood , in that restaurant that used to be part of the Cirque d'Hiver.

Eric Dallemagne

The beautiful Belle Epoque space is tastefully decorated with clowns . The menu is by Sota Atsumi , very intriguing small plates . Wines are heavily natural. Don’t expect to get a table without calling.

Everyone is right. Get the foie/duck pie 🥧

Wes Tang-Wymer

Deep fried sardines are surprisingly amazing. Duck and foie gras pie ...👌

From Terry..."awesome natural wine , amazing food"

Max Jacoby

the pithivier is genius

Vincent Tan

Reservations 2 weeks ahead... Or it will be tough to get a table

Zach Klein

If you're near the canal , stop here for an aperitif before dinner .

Bommy

Ridiculously impossible to get a table without a reservation . It's a restaurant , not a bar , so they don't let you just sip wine and order snacks .

Melon L

Prepare for a wait. Come early and be patient

Alexander Lloyd

Appetizers are the way to go. Skip the mains.

Michelle Lee

Simone Ravaioli

Veal brain!

Jeff K

Don't bother. Staff is really rude and totally ignored us when we asked 3 staff members nicely for the menu. And no, they weren't busy.

Ben Stern

The brains are delicious. So is the lamb .

Dave

It's very good. Very expensive . Very slow. And very… cash only . Mmm, no thanks.

Jerome Degois

Rodolphe Pelosse

C'est très bon ! Mais très très long !!!!!

Rodolphe Pelosse
