Nestled in the heart of downtown Portland , Kell's Irish Pub has been serving the Northwest for nearly 25 years and has been a loyal Official U.S. Soccer Bar since the program’s inception in 2008.

This place has an abundance of character and a great overall ambiance. I have been in for beer and appetizers and always enjoy it.

The service, the food, the atmosphere and the live music .. All amazing. We even went in on a Saturday night and still had impeccable service , I wish I had gotten her name to recommend her.

Summertime means the back patios open. Big screens out for sports viewing and you can still enjoy the Irish tunes from inside.

Live music 7 days / week starting around 9pm. Great potato chip nachos ! Solid beer selection . Almost always a lot of fun!

I was here for an event . The whole place is appealing, and beer is good!

First visit, came just to check out cigar lounge in basement.Good ventilation. Nice to inside during bad weather.

Food is great and atmosphere lovely for an evening with friends.

The Barley risotto kale with mushrooms is amazing

Not big fan of lager but you should try Kells lager !

Be sure to try to throw a dollar at the ceiling. Look up as you enter; you'll see what I mean.

Kells new Red Ale is definitely worth a try, it's like a slightly creamy Smithwicks.

Tried the Talisker 10 year on the rocks. Not bad, but too much iodine on the tongue for my taste.

I don't go for the beer or even the food... the live music is the best! On weekdays they generally have something acoustic .

Huge Whiskey selection . ask bartender about the special whiskeys from the local distilleries . Very rare. great place to watch soccer

Poor service and unexperienced staff . Group of 4 might have to eat their meals off of their lap if they get seated at a 2 top. Upstairs only has 3 beer choices . Watch out getting handed old menu.
