Check out downstairs . . . Great little cigar bar . Decent selection of sticks. Not for those who don't like cigar smoke. Pretty smokey down here.

Jacob Adams

By far the best place in Portland to get a drink, awesome happy hour and smoke a cigar ! Check out there cigar club on Facebook at Kells cigar club!

U.S. Soccer

Nestled in the heart of downtown Portland , Kell's Irish Pub has been serving the Northwest for nearly 25 years and has been a loyal Official U.S. Soccer Bar since the program’s inception in 2008.

This place has the largest whiskey selection where you can smoke cigars indoors! They have a awesome cigar club that meets on Tuesday nights at 6pm! Look them up on Facebook @ Kells cigar club!

Rod Sager

This place has an abundance of character and a great overall ambiance. I have been in for beer and appetizers and always enjoy it.

Megan Dow

The service, the food, the atmosphere and the live music .. All amazing. We even went in on a Saturday night and still had impeccable service , I wish I had gotten her name to recommend her.

Jacob Adams

Come join us Tuesday nights at 6pm for the Kells cigar club! It’s free and check out our Kells cigar club on Facebook for our next event !

Angelina Cude

Summertime means the back patios open. Big screens out for sports viewing and you can still enjoy the Irish tunes from inside.

Jason Luchterhand

Live music 7 days / week starting around 9pm. Great potato chip nachos ! Solid beer selection . Almost always a lot of fun!

Irish meatballs and mash with a Kell's stout.....so good I could lick the bowl!! Oops, I already did.

Get the salmon fish & chips . Ridiculously delicious! & Make sure to request your fries crispy--unless you like soft fries .

I was here for an event . The whole place is appealing, and beer is good!

You must order the gorgonzola spread with fruit and the wings !!!!!! Burgers were great too!

Tried the Talisker 10 year on the rocks. Not bad, but too much iodine on the tongue for my taste.

Kimberley Gray

I don't go for the beer or even the food... the live music is the best! On weekdays they generally have something acoustic .

WillMcD

Huge Whiskey selection . ask bartender about the special whiskeys from the local distilleries . Very rare. great place to watch soccer

Sonny G

Try the red breast! (It's a drink) lol

Eric Banister

Finally a place in the states that has real Guinness , not the crap you see in sports bars .

Stephanie Newton

We really liked the salmon and chips ! :)

Z Man

Poor service and unexperienced staff . Group of 4 might have to eat their meals off of their lap if they get seated at a 2 top. Upstairs only has 3 beer choices . Watch out getting handed old menu.

Erika Peraza

Cigars with Zaya rum , never a bad combo

Noell Martinez

Irish nachos are the best!

Rick Gordon
