6 years since I was last here and it’s still an absolute must when you’re in Edinburgh. A variety of rare whiskeys you won’t find anywhere else in the city , all at solid prices.
They seem to have less of a range then the other whisky shops but a fair few things you won't find in the others as they do their own bottling. Nice atmosphere. Highly knowledgeable and helpful staff .
Really appreciate this place. Cask strength single barrel selection (not the usual same-selection-as-duty-free the rest of the Mile has) and they're actually helpful and not pushy with picking bottles
One of the best whisky shop's in Edinburgh. No tourist trap with fancy prices. Excellent range of rare bottles.

Talk to the staff they are very knowledgeable and have an amazing selection of non-commercialized Scotch ... The real unfiltered unchillled uncolored kind.

Best guided audio tour of any of the Scottish castles so far. Well kept and plenty of access. Only wish it was possible to go more around outside, but understandable there’s need for restrictions - Ole H.
