The service, the food, everything was excellent. Friendly bartenders and waitresses . I had be fish and chips and it was exceptional!

Great atmosphere well kept draught ale and superb food, a rugby pub for all. Flying Scotsman ale is well worth asking for

Great service, the Haggis tower os very good. Don't miss the smoked salmon with cream cheese and oatcakes, delicious!

Festive yet aged tavern with a pretty strong fish and chips . They herb the breading somehow to give it a little more nuance than other fish and chips .

Excellent ale . Nice place to stop for a rest on the way up (or down!) the mile.

Chili . I know, totally not authentic Scottish. But dammit, it was good! GF had the Warlock Pie - beef was super-tender. Great service.

It’s not a huge place, but it’s very cozy . Just know there’s not room for a very large group.

Nice atmos, and one of THE best Steak & Guinness Pies known to human kind!

Went with a group that reserved the space for the evening, and the management allowed noisy and rude customers to disrupt our event . Very frustrating and will not be returning.

"Spicy bean burger " is tasteless rubbish made from potato and not spicy .Macaroni and cheese is ok though. Service was good.
