Amazing ambience and even better food! Loved the ono/mahi mahi special, the ono had a delicate smokiness to it and came with a green curry-like sauce. The hula pie and poke tacos were both bomb.com!

Awesome staff ! Awesome food! They have a 3 course Chef 's Tasting pretty much daily from 4:45pm to 5:45pm for $26 that was perfectly portioned! Enjoyed the nightly live music as well

Ahi tuna , steak and pan seared mahi mahi were all delicious. The bread with the sweet and sour sauce is a must. Ensure u leave some room for the hula pie ! Yummie!

The atmosphere is amazing. Put you're feet in the sand and enjoy the view and awesome food. Best shrimp cocktail and lava flows . Happy hour is from 3-5 but only includes limited drinks.

Pretty good food and drinks. Good beach front restaurant and service. Try the daily specials to get the freshest picks of the day. Also definitely get the ahi poke tacos . Melt in your mouth!

Salads are disappointingly small. The drink with hibiscus and gin was delicious! Nice service and a beautiful view . Don't forget to have the server validate your parking ticket.

We have eaten at Hula grill the past three nights and it is 5 star! The smoked chicken , macadamia crusted dorado and pan seared tuna was awesome!! The service was great!!!

If you sit at the bar inside you can order from both menus. Their version of a Hawaiian style pizza is amazing

Even if you are not a Mai Tai fan the ones they make here are amazing. Plus they come in a cool tiki glass. The firecracker fish was also delicious! !

They have tables that have beautiful views of the sunset . The ceviche is good! If your gluten free they will make you fresh taro chips even at lunch (they have them at dinner )

We ate a special and snapper from the menu, both were amazing. Service is really nice. Ambiance is pretty Hawaiian with the live music .

Their Island fruit sampler for $10 is great. Served with a piña colada dip . At lunch Gado Gado salad is great (no egg !). Lettuce wraps can be ordered with tofu ...

Wonderful place next to the beach . Amazing fish dishes and desserts too. Try the inverted pineapple cake dessert .

Great dinning place; very tasty food; very friendly service ; great ocean view (barefoot area). On top of everything, very decently priced; walk ins only for barefoot area and about 45min waiting time

Eat at the barefoot bar ! Sand on your feet, live music , delicious food! We had sashimi , pesto chicken sandwich , and fish & chips . LOVED it all.

Try the fish tacos they're delicious. Add the Barefoot Brew, honey golden ale made specifically by Maui Brewing Co. and the palettes of a few Hula Grill employees.

It was fun having my feet play in the sand under the table and hearing the live music and waves crashing. The food was good and the staff was nice.

Try the pono pie ! Made with breadfruit, Light and fluffy, and not overly sweet - you won't want to share!

The food is yummy! The service is excellent. We like Duke's better because you can get a free Hula Pie with receipt.

Massively busy restaurant . Even with a reservation it's not that special, and pricy . Food is ok although limited menu and if honest everything is a bit too weird a combination. People seem to love it

From 5-6 there's a 3 course tasting menu for 25. Amazing deals on the freshest foods. I was starving so ordered a dim sum as well . Wow

Ahi poke tacos and grilled veggie stack with tofu were excellent! Scallop pupu was nothing special. Book rez on Open Table to avoid a wait.
