The batman/chef/owner whoever was at the bar Sunday morning was super friendly and gave me a chicken waffle which was actually incredible- such a nice surprise!
Amazing chick, chick, chicken sandwich , that's great value for money and super tasty. Great pub quiz on a Wednesday too!
Exceptional oysters and great service
Lovely pub inside and out. Try the beer garden when the weathers nice!
Great food, great drinks and great service! Love the Victoria!
Mushroom and cream cheese eggs are delicious. Portions slightly disappointing. The beef burger tastes too sweet to not be a dessert ....
Excellent fish menu. Well kept beers .
It is a big lie that they have a movie night on sundays. It is up to waiter 's wish!!! Check before going there!!!
Great for a drink after a sunny afternoon in the park
Awesome burgers ! And it comes in a bag too! :D
Completely made over. No longer a goth pit, now mainly a purveyor of cask ales .
Topside beef Sunday Roast is epic!
Used to be good; now it's very middle of the road and what is with the exterior decorating; that's not doing them any favours!
plus they have games and fun things to do! and awesome film and quiz nights
Sunday lunch ❤️
Weren't impressed with the food, very average. Good choice of beers . Very spacious
What's good here? Leaving
Has the best music of any pub in a square mile!
Pingpong on Saturdays!

Good pub , service poor though
Hangover burgers huge !!
Not as good as it was
Poor service and food.
Horrible sexist barman... Never again!!!
Dog and child friendly! Great food, summer outdoor BBQs, and friendly staff. - Kay McMahon
This is classic east London pub in the bow conservation area. Staff are friendly, beer is excellent. Darts board, always have cricket / football and good food. - Richard Baxter
A proper old school east end pub complete with a till that could be in a museum. The guy behind the bar is lovely and the atmosphere is cosy and friendly. Bring cash! - Natalie Clarke
A great park in east London. Good for picnics. Has playground with big climbing frames for kids (and adult kids). Good for free idea to entertaining in London - Catherine Reynolds
Amazing Sunday roast - massively generous portions. Get there early though, usually out of everything by 4pm. - Jonathan Weir
The staff are great! Very cozy and pleasant spot, and the sweet potato fries are crisp, crunchy, and fresh. - Aron Cohen
