Excellent rain gear, helmets, and bikes . That alone is worth doing the sunrise & bike tour with them. But they're also really nice people who are passionate about what they do.

My wife and I did the sunrise tour . The view of the stars and sunrise is unforgettable. You'll clearly see the big island from the summit . Tim was our guide and fantastic. Pay attention to directions.

This is a self guided tour so stay awake on the trip to the crater so you don't miss important Info imparted by your driver. They know their shit so pay attention and you'll have a great time.

At the hospital they told me there were daily bike injuries coming down Haleakala. I f'ed my knee up. I'm an experience cyclist, but that can't save you from laissez faire locals that blast thru signs

Unless you enjoy your food and decor stuck in the 70's, do not eat at the Kula Sandalwoods cafe . It was the low point of an otherwise delightful bike ride down the mountain .
