HIYASHI CHUKA (Spicy Miso dressing , Chashu , ramen , egg , corn , cucumber , wakame , tomatoes , bean sprouts , arugula , carrots , ginger , shredded nori )
In my 29 years alive I've never had something as good as the spam fried rice . I will tell grandchildren about this meal, it was that good. Their Japanese whiskey selection is out of this world too!
Share and get AS MANY DISHES AS YOU CAN! I liked the roe spaghetti , scallops , fried chicken and hambagu.
SHAKE YOUR BENTO BOX (Grilled pork belly , sunny egg , nori , kimchi , kewpie, cheese , rice )
Restaurant on second floor is not as crowded as the ramen place and the food is fantastic. Small but great portions. Come hungry!
Everything is good. Very good place for dates. Fantastic atmosphere.
Great small plates , I'd recommend grabbing a bunch to share. The grilled avocado and pork belly were among the top hits
Absolutely delicious food. Recommended: chicken karaage , poutine , and yakiniku donburi .
Really solid Izakaya with other cultural influences—particularly Chinese and Filipino cuisine. 10/10 would go again!
The onigiri is very tasty and the grilled scallop is also good. THE AVOCADO IS AMAZING!
It's was delicious! The shoyou is bets than the miso
Small bite sashimi
Small bite takoyaki
It's worth the wait (and only acceptable way) to sit at the kitchen/bar. Order the naughty bits: tongue, trotters, and hamachi jaw. Fried thighs and monk fish liver also amazing. - Mykl Wu
Serving Japanese style pizza and pasta (wafu) this is a must try! - Rachel L
The veggie bento box is delicious and super filling. The honey ginger housemade soda is great, too! - Rachel Clark
Love love love this place. Amazing food, great service, fun atmosphere. - Amy Jackson
The new seats, TVs, food and drink stations are all amazing! So easy to get a drink refill now. Great venue for sports or music!! - Aubri O'Connor
Great hidden gem in the heart of DCs Chinatown. Cleverly named, spirit forward, cocktails and flavorful grilled cheese. Definitely a must visit - Michael Hicks
