Some room has balcony . There are two elevators : turn your face to the pool, left elevator for ..51-90, right for ..01-50. Breakfast restaurant at lobby floor (2nd floor)

Great hotel with very nice spacious rooms . Unfortunately at the check-in desk there was a line , so that took a long time. The pool is legendary and definitely worth a visit. Only paid wifi :(.

Don't wait there for check in and doing nothing, Just told them to prepare your room at 4 pm, so that you just need to take the key at that time. And while waiting, go seeing sea aquarium . Great pool.

My favourite place to stay in SG aside from MBS. Great pool landscape, room view , party atmosphere. Good food and drinks, too! Strategic location aswell.

Stay in the middle of fun and entertaining environment. Good for family with kids, 2 nights to explore the resort of Sentosa island .

Love the dark purple and black rooms and the bathrooms are so cool!

Never expect you can checked in on time at 2pm. We complained 2 times and get in at 5pm, many others are waiting with their bags at lobby still.

Must try wonderful pool, comes with kiddie slide and jacuzzi . Don't forget go gym and eat morning international breakfast buffet !!

The most rockin' awesome hotel I stayed with close enough to the Universal Studios Singapore to walk to. Rock-themed rooms, and cheaper than Festive Hotel next door too.

Have a full breakfast here, and try everything you can try in sentosa island

Nice and cosy room . HDMI LCD TV with free telecast of EPL & other channels. Also come with IPOD/IPHONE mini compo set. Cool stuff !!!

Yet again the check in experience is atrocious - how is it that every other hotel can make it a painless 5 mins experience yet here it is a lifetime odyssey ???

Food is decent and the music at outdoor cafe is nice!! only problem is that when you have a closer look at the sofa it look dirty ..

Best pool and gym amongst the RWS hotels . Not sure if the other hotels even have a pool as last time we were at Festive , we had to use the Hard Rock pool

Service charges for every minor thing. Wifi charges very high. A hotel like this shouldn't charge for every small thing. Loved the rooms. Bad good. Beautiful pool.

if ur traveling with a group of fiends its better to go with harbour view rooms. they are bigger.

Feels over-rated~ lift lobby rubbish bin is filled with rubbish for hrs~ tried calling front desk for hrs, no 1 ans~

The rooms are nice but the charge for wi-fi is outrageous (32,4SGD/24h). The breakfast one of the worse I have seen ever, they don't have cheese or ham . If I had a choice I would never come back!

The room I stayed in was 'meh' the television sound system is crap as well as the connection. All the TV programmes lag. Also, the toilet flush system is terrible.

One of the worst i've stayed in Singapore. They charge for wifi , sgd30+ per device. Then when roaming, pleAse dun use Singtel here, connection here is in gprs or no service at all.
