Great burgers and steaks (even with the recent price hike which takes this place out of the 'great value ' category). However, the service is poor, and this being Tianzifang, there are rats everywhere.

This used to be one of my favourite steak and burger places in Shanghai. I took my 3 friends there. Rude staff , tough, tasteless meat of the wrong cut. Avoid like the plague. This is now awful.
