This park is just incredible. There is so much to see & do. It's huge & a great place to run, walk your dog, catch a soccer or cricket game, picnic , lay around, get your Mister Softee, & so on
Very convenient and sizeable pool. Parking available and easy to access. Only gripe is with idiots who swim in the fast lane doing breast stroke, otherwise a definitely awesome place!
Swim cap and lock required, you can get there for $30 - locks are cheaper at Home Depot ($5) and caps can be found across the street at light store for $8 ("caps" and "locks" spray-painted on wall)

Best time for an actual workout here in the pool with minimal crowds? Weekends at noon. (if the lifeguard says so it's true)
The pool is very good ,unfortunately the lockers are totally inadequate especially in the winter and must be replaced.
Amazing pool for lap swim but gets super crowded after work and weekend mornings! Must have swim cap , lock and membership card for entry.
If you are interested in US Masters Swimming meets: this is one of the better locations for meets.

FYI. If your not a member but want to use the pool. It's $5 for the 7' deep pool and you need to wear a swim cap and bring your own lock for the lockers . Best to go during weekdays late or morning.
